The trip was amazing great for a little group to have fun for a couple days, it fit everyone well and the kitchen and yard was perfect. The beach nearby and stores made it amazing. The only thing I would say about the house would be that the floors were really dirty on arrival so when we walked around our feet were black after a little, and we had nothing to clean the floor with to make it better.

Clean. Kitchen well equipped. House was comfortable, and in a good centralized location. I would recommend additional towels for groups. We were given 4 towels for 4 people for a 3 day stay. Otherwise wonderdul experience!

The property was on a busy street but most of the streets in Wilmington are. The only problem with the house was that the bathroom was not handicap accessible but it was not advertisered to be. The house was very clean. We were visiting relatives and the house was centralized. The handicapped comment was not meant to be a criticism but a suggestion. We really enjoyed staying in the house. Cute house. Some extra toilet paper, a few napkins and a couple of extra trash bags would have been helpful. I emailed the contact person with a question and never received an answer.Location is on a busy road but very accessible to everything that we wanted to do.

We’re happy to hear you found our home cute and enjoyed its accessible location! We appreciate your feedback regarding our starter supplies; we’ve since worked with our local team to ensure these essentials are consistently stocked and easily accessible for all upcoming guests. From our team here at Evolve, we know that our communication fell short when you were trying to connect with us, and we take full responsibility as we continue to refine our support model. This shouldn't reflect on the home or the host, and we are working to ensure a more seamless experience for every visitor. Thank you for sharing your experience as we continue to enhance our guest stay!
