This was a great space for our family! We absolutely loved the location. It was quick to get the beaches, there was a lot of cute shops right down the road, the thrift stores in Wilmington were AMAZING, and lots of food options! The hosts were very quick to respond and understanding. They also had beach towels, beach chairs and an umbrella which was great because we forgot all of that so it was a huge blessing.Everyone in my family wants to rent this house again next year!!!

The property was exactly as the listing was presented. It was clean, and we loved the amount of room throughout the house. The master bedroom and bathroom were perfect providing a lot of room, very comfortable bed, and well set up bathroom. It was a great location to Wilmington, the bike trail, Wrightsville Beach, and Carolina Beach. The fenced in front yard was perfect for our dog. I appreciated the host’s responsiveness to my questions. The only issue I was disappointed and surprised with was the addition of a pet fee charge which didn’t show until the final booking. I selected to find properties with pets, and no where in the description of the property did it state there would be a pet fee. My experience with VRBO is that the pet fee must be disclosed in the description. I would also suggest adding local maps and information on places to see, shop, and dine in the area for guests to use at the house. My husband and I have found these to be most helpful at other properties.

Lovely bungalow

We were comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked the park nearby and walking through the neighborhood. It was an easy uber ride to downtown and the river.
