Single story condo in Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club with Bay Views.

Unique vacation rental - 750ft fully lit fishing pier, pool, tennis courts with boat parking area, tie up marina & private launch on property. Large lawn right off deck and 14 acres of trees, lawns, and walkways. Fully remodeled kitchen is well stocked for prepping, cooking and serving. Enjoy a gorgeous new kitchen and all new appliances.

Features split bedrooms, 2 have king sized beds and access to the deck for a view of the gorgeous grounds & bay. Third has 2 sets of bunk beds-that’s 6 beds total! **Please note: there are no TV's in the bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every room along with AC keep you cool and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the necessities to meet food preparation needs including, coffee maker, toaster oven, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, pots & pans, dishes, etc.

This comfortable townhouse style condo has an airy living room with high ceiling and open feel. There is a tv with cable in the living room and internet access is provided. Both bathrooms have tub/shower combos. Towels, hairdryers and basic supplies are included for your convenience. Please note - no washer and dryer.

The deck provides a great place to watch the sunrise with coffee in hand and then unwind after a big day of kayaking, golfing, birding, shopping, swimming, boating, fishing, beach combing, or any of the other many activities in the Rockport area. Use the community charcoal grill to grill up a delicious dinner then play games with the family on the rolling lawn, or just sit back and enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful views.

Sandpiper was a great place for us to stay. We required mobility access, non-wheelchair, and this worked perfectly. Easy access. Good view. Pier access. We'll equipped. It worked very well for us!

The place was great for access to what we needed and with my 82 yr old mom to be able to get around with ease. Anne was great with communication and helping if we needed anything. Hoping to be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay! We had everything we needed in the condo, the fishing pier was excellent, we enjoyed some pool time and even played a little tennis. It’s in a great location and is quiet and safe. The condo was well equipped, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Anne went above and beyond to make sure we had everything and was very quick to answer any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this stay to others and look forward to coming back again!

We arrived late in the evening and didnt get to see the outside first thing. the check in was easy. good communication with owner. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell. It smelled like a smokers home. it was faint but definitely there. I also found a dead cockroach in the living room as soon as I walked in the door. We loved how spacious it was. Lots of room for everyone. I did wish that there were tvs in the rooms. only had 1 tv in the entire place. i loved the porch area and the grassy yard. the kids loved playing there. The best part of the stay was the fishing pier. I have 3 boys who love to fish. they spent hours there. I liked that it was locked so that only guests could use it. It was very close to the condo. The pool was nice too. very clean and well maintained. we love to grill and did use the pit. it was nice but it was inconvenient to have to walk to it with all the cooking supplies. the kitchen was stocked alright but there wasnt a can opener and I could not find any extra trash bags or paper towels. The condo doesn't have a washer/dryer in house which was also not ideal. we had a great time but there are things that could have been better.

I do want to address a few of your concerns for future guests. Our condo is strictly non-smoking, and we take this policy very seriously. The home is professionally cleaned between each stay, and we would have appreciated the opportunity to address any odor concerns during your visit. Regarding the amenities mentioned, we make every effort to be fully transparent in our listing. As noted in the “Please Note” section, the condo does not include a washer/dryer or TVs in the bedrooms, and we encourage guests to review these details to ensure the property is a good fit for their needs. We’re sorry to hear about the items you couldn’t locate. We pride ourselves on a well stocked kitchen and typically have multiple can openers. Starter supplies (including paper towels and trash bags) are always provided, and we would have gladly assisted you in finding the extras kept on hand as well had we been contacted during your stay. As a courtesy, we were happy to accommodate a late checkout to provide a more relaxed departure, and we’re glad you had an overall enjoyable visit. We truly value feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for our guests.

fishing trip fun

We really enjoyed staying at Anne's place. She was very helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was going good. The property was very clean and comfortable. She had everything well documented and the restaurant recommendations were very good.

A Short Getaway

Our stay was just what we needed in between Thanksgiving and Christmas! The property was just as the pictures and description showed which is always a plus. We found plenty to do, going to a local theater production, an art show, and Aransas National Wildlife Refuge some of the activities. Great food was found as well, both bbq and fresh seafood. Great time

The property was very clean, well stocked and comfortable. My son enjoyed fishing of the very long pier. Not a bad drive to many activities. We were already talking about next spring break there.

Sunshine getaway

This condo is spectacular. This was our second time staying here, and we would definitely consider it again when we need to escape the cold, gray Pacific Northwest in late winter. We particularly enjoy the long fishing pier that we had access to. The kitchen is well appointed, and serving dinner for six was easy, comfortable and fun. It’s quiet and private, but easily accessible to Rockport. I highly recommend it.

Relaxing Rockport Retreat

Great location with a view of the bay and plenty of room for our group of six (4 adults & 2 kids). The cottage was well equipped with a lovely new kitchen and everything we wanted. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck and access to the private pier. The owner, Anne, was quick to respond to our inquiries and check-in/check-out was super easy. A wonderful place to get away to and thank you for having us.

Short get away

Took the family on a short get away. Anne was great from the start answering all questions and ensured we were squared away. Great fishing pier to just sit and enjoy and even if you don’t catch fish you are sure to catch some good rays! You’re sure to enjoy this stay when booking with Anne!
