Amazing Stay

I would stay here over and over again. We had such a good time, and the condo had everything we needed and then some. 10/10 recommend.

Can't beat the location

Great location. The fishing was amazing. Condo is a little older and needs a little TLC, but overall very kid friendly and we will be back.

Last minute fishing trip

Property was well maintained and super clean, and having a dock to pull up and tie the boat off to was a big plus! Will definitely be coming back to stay at this rental

Family Trip

Our family enjoyed the stay in Rockport. The rental was well stocked and comfortable. The outside areas were a bonus.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and communication was great, we was so nice to have the boat slip right out back. I was sleep in while my husband and son got up early to fish. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood.

The condo was well stocked in the kitchen and the neighborhood was quiet. Short distance to the downtown and lots of activities. Rockport beach was beautiful!

Relaxing and quiet

We were looking for a nice place to spend the weekend and relax. Definitely got what we expected. The dock in the back of the home was a nice addition.

Great set up.

Condo was laid out very well. Spent a lot of time on deck enjoying the weather. Neighbors were very friendly. We walked around the area and felt safe everywhere we went. Close to ample shopping.

Great stay!

Comfortable condo for us five ladies and a good convenient location. Only thing we missed was not having a blender for our margaritas. We enjoyed coffee on the patio in the mornings overlooking the canal and sitting out in the evening. The pool was very pleasant after a day at the beach and shopping. Really enjoyed our stay and Neal is a wonderful host with excellent communication.

Location location location !!!

Plenty of space. Since all adults the jack-n-jill bathroom up stairs was great. Just wish it hadnt rained so much. Our fishing guide canceled. But did lots of other things.

Only one complaint

Condo was easy to get to and exactly as advertised. Instructions made it easy to get into, set up cable and to set AC etc… Patio was very relaxing, beds were comfortable and coffee maker was a BIG plus! Restaurants, bait stores and fishing piers were all just minutes away. We caught lots of fish and best of all a 39 inch 40 pound Black Drum! The fish of a lifetime! Only have one complaint we were not allowed to keep Black Drum. It was Too Big! Great time we highly recommend number 1910. We will be back.

Rockport Staycation

Absolutely Perfect!

Though it is an older property, it is in tip top condition. Everything we needed was there. Fully stocked kitchen amenities. Neil was very attentive with a couple of extremely minor issues. He is the Host with the Most!

Beautiful condo, Great safe location, Very comfortable furniture and beds !

My Wife and I stayed with out 2 adult Daughters and their Husbands, plus our 5 year old Granddaughter and 10 month old granddaughter. The floor plan was so comfortable and well laid out. We had plenty of Room even with 6 Adults and 2 children and our little fur Baby.. everything we needed was Right there, fishing poles, tackle, dishes, towels, everything you could possibly need was already their for us. Even thou we went in the winter, there was ladders on the end of the docks in case anyone wanted to swim. The fishing in the canals was ok considering a strong cold front was blowing in during our stay, but the fishing and boat docks are pretty much protected from the wind. The docks are brand new and made out of strong durable materials. The only negative thing I have to say about this great Condo and Complex is that is does not have its own boat Ramp ! We had to drive 10 minutes to the Rockport beach boat Ramp and Had to pay 10 dollars to launch our boat there, then it’s a 15 to 20 minute trip back to the condos across little bay in a 5 mph “no wake” zone. But being we stayed for 3 days and the boat was parked 20 feet from the back door it wasn’t really anything that would keep me from Renting again. Also the listing Agent “Neal” is a super nice guy and Responds very fast if you have any questions for him. Overall it was a wonderful family vacation, we just missed the good weather window by a few days, but still caught a lot of fish and had a Great time. We will definitely stay here Again !

Wonderful stay in Rockport

We had a great stay at Neal's condo! We have stayed at this complex a few times before and this is by far the nicest one. It's located ON the water and is very close to everything that you need; HEB, Wal-Mart, the beach, restaurants and more! We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!
