Beautiful, well maintained townhouse style condo. 2 bedroom and 2 bath poolside at the Rockport Racquet & Yacht Club. Everything is first class, clean & in order. Spacious living room, dining, bathroom & bedroom on ground floor along with fully equipped kitchen. Deck has bbq to grill your fresh fish & you are only a few steps away from the pool to cool down after fishing. Lower level has a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed and twin bunk beds. Upstairs has a beautiful king size bed and private full bath.
The 750' pier has lights and a cleaning station for the fish you catch. The water is just a short walk away, through the beautiful Oak Trees. Sit under the canopy of trees and enjoy the view and breeze of Aransas Bay. Boat slip and parking available at no charge. Our location is a 7 minute drive from Blue Wave Beach and Rockport's Historic Heritage District, with art galleries, shopping and fine dining. Some nearby attractions include the Connie Hagar Bird Sanctuary, a 6.25 acre bird retreat, Aransas Bay, a perfect place for a morning or evening stroll. Rockport known as the "The Charm of the Texas Coast", is renowned for fishing, water recreation, arts and year round festivals. Nice little retreat with my family. Pool right outside the back door. Ocean 2 min walk from the front door. Very quiet area. 7 minute drive to Rockport Beach. Property is clean and definitely kozy. Will definitely come back.

Perfect Stay for our little family. Fishing pier was an easy walk. Their home was very clean, and the fully stocked kitchen was great for easy breakfast and dinners.

It was very accommodating and comfortable. Had a relaxing atmosphere. Equipped with everything we needed. Pet friendly, which is an A for pet owners.Loved the pier which is equipped with lights. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Home was clean and comfy. We will stay here again for sure. Location was awesome and plenty of things to do in the surrounding area for it location.Host was very receptive to all our needs when communicating.

We had the best time ever!! Growing up we went to Rockport every summer for fishing trips and now my mom got to do that with her daughters and grandkids which makes our experience here even more special!! She was so sweet and very quick to respond with every question we had. The place couldn’t be in a better spot! Looking out the front door you see the private pier and the ocean and then 20ft from the back porch is their beautiful pool. She had it stocked with coffee and sugar (and TONS more,) toilet paper, paper towels, blankets, pillows, a really nice portable speaker to use, games and all kinds of fishing equipment! (We bought a crab trap and left it there too for people to use) It had literally anything you could ask for and made it so much easier, esp with it just being us women, to take our kids to experience what we are so very grateful to have been able to. It would be 10 stars if I could

Relaxing stay

I love the property . I stay there very often! I enjoy the convenience of the pool the wonderful pier and the acess to Fulton Beach Road so I can go walk every morning and evening

Great experience

Very comfortable and well kept place. Great communication. Clear access to the pool and pier where my son caught his first fish. Kids loved it and definitely want to stay here again.

Rockport getaway

Place was nice. Had everything we needed including coffee that I forgot to pack from home. That was the deal sealer. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

We really enjoyed the stay here. We are frequent travelers and this place had everything we needed. The pool is right outside the back door. The pier was a short walk away and we fished all day. The owner even let us stay later than checkout. She is very responsive and helpful! We will definitely be back.

Awesome place to celebrate my sons 13th bday

Cozy place, back door is right at the pool area which the boys enjoyed. Neighbors and community all really friendly. Private pier which we enjoyed catching drum, trout and a whole bunch of hard-head catfish. Dog friendly, enjoyed the stay thank you! P s. There were some roaches which we figured w the beach location not a big deal but just letting you know!

Getaway

First of all the place was clean. Plenty of towels and cooking utensils. The laundry room is in another building and coin operated, but that's not a big deal. Good fishing on the nearby pier. Overall a very good time.

Great overall.

Great location. Quiet condo omplex during our stay. Short walk to the fishing pier and right by the pool. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Quick communication from the host. Only thing id suggest to the property manager of the complex not the condo itself would be trash cans throughout the peir at the stopping points.

Enjoyable Retreat

Loved the location of this property! It is poolside and my husband loved the private fishing pier. The views off of that pier are spectacular. The condo itself has everything you need, no need to bring condiments of any kind or coffee. They have a lot of info on the area too, which was nice. The price was great as well. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to comeback. The owner is very quick to get back to you and answer any questions. Thank you again!!

Rockport Recharge

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in June of 2022. This condo has just about everything you could possibly ask for. I love to cook and tend to travel with my own knives because rental kitchens are often "abused", not true with this place. The knives are amazing. Thank you for the attention to detail to help make everything run smooth.

Fishing day trip

We wanted to stay somewhere that had pier access as we wanted to fish. We, as in my husband, adult son, teen son and myself. My sons didn't want to share a bed and they definitely didn't have to as there was a bed we didn't even use. The pier was beautiful and access was easy. My son caught a little drum and we saw others catch flounder. The condo was quiet, pool was right out the patio door and our host was polite and helpful. We had a great stay at the perfect place.

Needs some updating

There was too much "owner" stuff around including family portraits. Lighting in the living room area needs help. It was difficult to read. Kitchen had a lot of food and seasoning items in the cabinets. There was little place to put our food. It needs a good cleaning out.

Cute Condo

This condo was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had anything a chef would need to cook with including good sharp knives. Freezer had beer mugs that we used for floats. The condiments were the best I've ever seen in a rental. New catchup, mayo, mustard. Cooking oil, sugar, coffee, paper plates, napkins...even a package of spaghetti and more. Bathroom had huge containers of soap, shampoo, conditioner and the water was hot and great pressure in the shower. There were several lightbulbs out and the owner said she will have them replaced. We will be back!

Fishing Getaway

The stay was perfect for what we we’re aiming for. My spouse loves to fish and wanted to take our boys fishing before the summer was over. The city itself had a small town feel. Everything was located with 10mins from the condo we stayed at. The beach was perfect for our young children due to the water not being too deep and the waves not being overpowering. The sand was pebbly, but it was a clean beach. We went each evening to avoid the hottest part of the day and stayed until the sun went down. The fishing was pier was awesome as well. Really big and allowed ample room to fish at many points. Caught some crab & fish. The boys really enjoyed fishing from the pier. The condo was really nice. Enough space for everybody, kids loved the stairs, beds were comfortable. I liked that they had a queen size bed with the bunk beds. There is a pool right outside the back patio. Had a grill if you wanted to grill out. The host was really responsive and a great help! Don’t have any complaints, in fact, I would love to come again.
