We are close to shopping and restaurants about 25 minutes north of Boston and close to major highways for easy access. You will find this home offers complete privacy in your own space located on the lower level. Features include private separate entrance, kitchen, washer/dryer, 65 inch tv in the living room with Lazy Boy recliners, and bedroom with walk in closet. Upper level of home is owner occupied.

Just what we were looking for :)

We enjoyed our stay here. Greg is very responsive, answered all my questions & even gave us restaurant recommendations. We came for a conference in Lowell, this location was smack middle to Boston & Lowell - perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful, the home is spacious.

Great host! I wish we knew guest were also hosting on the top floor. They stomped up and down for hours. If that was communicated that this was a two family with rental in the top floor I may have picked another location.

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a 5-day trip to visit Concord, Salem, and of course Boston. Its central location gave easy access to each of those areas.It had all of amenities we needed, well kept, and quite comfortable.

Beautiful unit with gracious host!

Immaculate, quiet, cozy stay for the Boston Marathon! Host Greg was quite gracious and thoughtful with amenities and quick communication. Would love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Long Weekend For A Track Meet

This place is well maintained and well stocked. Located in a quiet area with parking and not too far from anywhere in Boston. Greg was very responsive ahead of our stay.

Perfect little getaway

Greg’s place was AMAZING! In such a convenient location that we could easily get to Boston but weren’t surrounded by the noise and traffic. Super easy to communicate with and the house is very cozy and inviting.

Boston Family Visit

This is an outstanding property with a fantastic host. It was perfect for our stay to visit family in the area. The outside patio chairs and table were the perfect place to eat dinner with our family in the evenings. We would definitely stay there again when we are in the Boston area. The location is convenient by car to the Alewife T station (red line).

Wonderful experience

We stayed for a month and everything went great. The apartment is clean, very comfy and very well furnished. The couch and bed are comfy, the kitchen is very well appointed and the bathroom is well stocked (they even provide QTips!). Location <1 mile off Commonwealth Ave, so walking distance to Dunkin and several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again

Warm and lovely home

The host is very kind and considerate, and is happy to answer questions. The house was also very clean and tidy, and very comfortable. It is a good choice for short-term residence!

Very comfortable home in good location

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January for a family wedding. This was our second stay at this home. The apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities needed to be very comfortable. It is also centrally located. We really enjoyed our visit and would choose to stay here again when we visit Massachusetts.

Lovely guest home - perfectly located for us outside of Boston

Greg has a lovely home that is well maintained and very welcoming. Extra care was taken to weave into the décor touches of the current season/holiday. We are a mature couple making a road trip through the New England states in autumn. The home was perfectly located for us in a beautiful neighborhood outside of Boston. It gave us a great launching point for each day’s exploration, and a relaxing haven to return to after our adventures.

Just like Home

Great space with all the amenities. We contacted Greg a few times with questions and got back to us right away, which was awesome! We felt the bed was really comfy and there was enough space to spread out comfortably too. More attention to detail with cleaning would have been great, but overall the space was nice and relaxing after a long day of walking.

Like coming home

This was our second time staying. My teen daughter and I stayed here last summer while in town for a hockey tournament and knew this was where we wanted to be when we returned for this summer. The space is clean, private, and with all the amenities you could want. Communication with Greg was always easy and pleasant. A nice little touch was the “Welcome Back” balloon that greeted us when we came in. With close proximity to Boston and the surrounding burbs, you can’t beat it! Highly recommend!

Great Stay!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Greg's home very much. Greg responded to questions quickly before and during our stay, we felt welcomed upon arrival with a card and cookies (and chocolates on our pillows!), access to the property was very easy and the apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed (fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer). We loved watching the birds outside the kitchen and living room windows that were flocking to the feeders in the back garden and the neighborhood was lovely. The location was great. It is near downtown Woburn, Lexington and Burlington. Horn Pond (great walking and wildlife viewing) is close by and the Alewife T station for easy access to downtown Boston is only about a 15-20 minute drive away. We will definitely plan to stay here again when visiting family who live in Woburn.

Highly Recommend!!!

We booked this because of a reasonable price that was 12 minutes away from the venue where we had concert tickets. We’ll come back because of all the extra care Greg takes with his property and guests! The space was lovely, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. There was a welcoming note, snacks offered, and chocolate on our pillows! Greg made sure we had everything we needed through Vrbo messaging, so it was always welcome and never intrusive. We were close to Boston, but chose to spend most of our time on the North Shore exploring Gloucester, Salem & Marblehead. So much to do nearby, I cannot imagine anyone wanting to sit still. But if you do want to just chill out, the TV is huge and you have quite a few premium channels included. I almost hate to tell you how much we liked it - it might be taken the next time we try to book!!

Loved our stay

We really enjoyed Greg's place. The unit was spacious and immaculate and as described plus the family room has been updated with a sofa and loveseat making it a very comfortable space for reading or watching tv. It was easy reaching Greg with any questions and he responded almost immediately. We loved the little touches he provided such as a welcome note, candies, chocolates on our pillows, a full coffee set-up with Keurig, pods and creamers. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to make use of the fire pit and BBQ grill but we certainly would have enjoyed them. We were able to hear footsteps overhead occasionally but never heard voices and it was not a problem for us. There were many restaurants and retail shops within 10 minutes of the unit and Boston is a half hour away. We highly recommend Greg's place if you are in the area.

Perfect location for history buffs or trip to city

We had a great stay at Greg's place. The description was just as listed and the living room has been updated with a couch and love seat. Perfectly located for easy access to the history in Concord and Lexington. It's also a quick commute into Boston for the freedom trail and all the other great places the town holds. Greg was friendly and went above and beyond to help us plan our trip. I'd highly recommend staying here when planning a trip in the Boston area.
