Clean and Convenient!

Wonderful place to stay near the Minuteman Bikeway. We enjoyed exploring Arlington, Lexington, Concord, Bedford. Super easy to communicate with the hosts and we felt safe in this nice, clean apartment. Will definitely stay again!

This is a lovely place to stay.

It’s close to walking trails, grocery stores, and restaurants, and has what I think are the three key components of a good interior: nice shower, perfect temperature, and comfortable bed. I will be back for sure if they’ll have me.

Great little stay

Very clean and neat. Exactly what we expected. Great location, close to public transit. Will keep in mind if we travel that way again.

Oscar and Gina were delightful hosts and very accommodating. This clean and light basement apartment is comfortable and has the basics for making simple meals, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi Roku streaming service. It is steps away from frequent bus service into town, with easy transfers to the T and commuter trains. We found it easy to get around and were happy not to drive. There are some shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, including a hardware store, Trader Joe’s and a lovely Italian grocery store. We would be happy to stay here again!

Perect Place

The Owners put a lot into remodeling this property. They did not cut corners. This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed at. It really made our Boston stay!!! Thank you.

Excellent Communication

We totally enjoyed this up-to-date, very clean studio. The neighborhood is just around the corner. Parking is especially convenient. The owner was easy to reach and communication was excellent.

Host sends a greeting text the next day offering any help. Room is clean, decorated nicely and has all the kitchen amenities. Comfortable bed. Sofa bad good. Also offers a nice washer and dryer. Bus 77 is a few steps away to Harvard Square where you can take the redline to downtown Boston. Get off at Medford Street where there are shopping and restaurants or take a 15-20 minutes walk to/from this quiet location. There are also good bike trails. Off street parking.

Home away from Home

We really loved this place. Stayed for a week and enjoyed having an actual home away from home. We brought our daughter along who is under 2 and she loved the appartment as well since she had a lot of space to move around. I can therefore totally recommend this appartment for a small family as well. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. We were there during Halloween and went Trick or Treating in the neighborhood and had some nice conversations. Thanks for a wonderful week in Arlington, Gina and Oscar!

I had a wonderful 6-week stay here and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!1. Thoughtful and Kind Hosts:From the moment I booked, the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful—even months before my arrival. They provided detailed information about check-in (which was super easy) and went above and beyond to share suggestions for local food spots, grocery stores, parking, and more.2. Fantastic Location:The property is just steps from the 77 bus line, which made getting to Harvard Square simple and convenient. The surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with a nearby town center that has everything you could need—restaurants, shops, and daily essentials—all within walking distance.3. Cozy and Well-Equipped Space:The room itself was clean, charming, and extremely comfortable. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed for a longer stay: books, extra blankets, multiple charging ports, ample lighting, and even toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. While it doesn't have a full kitchen (just a hot plate and microwave), it was perfect for someone like me who isn’t cooking full meals every day. Ideal for students, travelers, or anyone on the go.Throughout my stay, I had a few visitors (my partner, mom, and a friend at different times), and there was enough space for us to live, sleep, and work comfortably.Overall, a truly pleasant experience. This is a wonderful spot in a quaint neighborhood. Dunkin is right around the corner and a cute deli and convenient store is walkable in the other direction. I felt very safe as a single woman walking around. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. Gina and Oscar are great communicators and answered every question I had. Ten out of ten!
