The Space
The in-law suite has a private entrance. The space is separated by a door that locks. You do not share the space with anyone else. The suite includes spacious 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, eat-in full kitchen, central cooling (AC) and heating system, washer & dryer, and outdoor private picnic table area. The entire suite and picnic table area are on one floor in the first floor. There is outdoor 3-step stairs to get into the suite. Please see the photo.

7 minutes walk to the elementary school playground.

Drive 6 minutes to take the Commuter Rail to Boston and Salem from the suite. The nearest commuter rail station is Wedgemere in Winchester. Search MBTA commuter rail weekend pass.

Walk 1.1 miles (23 minutes) to take Bus 350 to downtown Boston or walk 1.2 miles (26 minutes) to take Express Bus 354 to downtown Boston.

Guest access
Guests can access the entire suite, which includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, an outdoor private picnic table area, and off-street parking spaces on the property's driveway: max. 2 vehicles
Bedroom A: 1 queen-size bed and 1 twin-size bed
Bedroom B: 1 queen-size bed and 1 Convertible Sofa Bed.
Convertible sofa bed size: 5' 4.6" (length) 2' 7.8" (width)
The 6th guest can not be taller than 5 feet 4.6 inches
The sofa bed will be covered with a bed sheet, pillow, and comforter for the 6th guest.
Maximum is 6 guests only. Please do not check in with more people than you booked. Thank you!

To maintain a great sharing environment in the suite, no guns, no assault weapons, no smoking (including Marijuana), no illegal drugs, no pets, and no parties indoors and outdoors, please.

Please note that guests are not allowed to use fireplace.
