Our modern beachfront condo is directly facing an amazing pool and ocean views for miles. This condo has modern appliances, HDTVs, a full-sized refrigerator and granite countertops. This condo is one of the newest listings. Welcome to your Beach Paradise with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo. Brand new window treatments and shutters to sleep in (if needed).



Guest Access:

This condo has incredible views. Located on the 8th floor, you can enjoy beachfront views from both the 8th-floor balcony as well as the living area. Enjoy the outdoor heated pools(even in the offseason), lazy river, shuffleboard, and a cold cocktail at the outdoor Tiki Bar.

Other Things to Note:

This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room, please treat as you would your home.



The door is managed by a code lock and you will not have to check in at the front desk. You will receive this code the day or your arrival(in the welcome email that is sent to you). So no waiting in those long lines to check-in.



Your stay includes linens for beds, towels, and washcloths, also STARTER trash bags, hand soap, and toilet paper.



Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.



... remember since this is not part of the hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.

You will have full access to all these listed above.



- All pools and Spas are open from 8 am to 11 pm

- Tower A & B pools are heated

- All Spas are heated and open



IMPORTANT NOTES:



-You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area.

-Motorcycles are not allowed



Please note: The indoor pool is temporarily closed due to a pipe leak. The A-Tower pool is currently open, while the B-Tower pool will be closed for approximately 7 days for post-season work.



Scupper Project at Tower B - This process involves the use of equipment that causes loud noise and vibrations in the buildings.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed
