This beachfront resort offers a wealth of amenities, including both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, a lazy river, a spacious pool deck, and inviting social areas. The condo itself is well-appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and captivating ocean views. Its fantastic location makes it ideal for entertainment in the surrounding areas, with the great pool and lazy river providing the perfect setting for relaxation by the ocean, just steps away from the beach!



Note: 1. Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

For the price it was better than expected. Amenities were nice. I like being beachfront. We liked having the pool and lazy river.

We had a great experience overall for our weekend getaway. Clean room, comfy bed and great view. The only thing is that we thought there was a stove in the room and there was only a microwave and a mini fridge.

Indoor pool area needs some TLC. Room needs a deep clean and some updating. If you’re hot natured bring a floor fan for night time. AC unit works but doesn’t get cold enough. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Amenities for kids are 5 stars! View from balcony was just as good as an ocean front room. Great stay.

The decor was from the 80s, and the upgrades were minimal, with missing floorboards in the close. The "table" was 18 " in depth and precariously held my MacBook Air as I worked on Zoom business calls. A continual flood of loud noise emanated from the pool area. The balcony was barely 36" deep, with a side-view glimpse of the ocean. The Verification process was a nightmare, and (I already am Clear and TSA approved) and I felt like I jumped through hoops just to use this property for two nights.

Location was great. The resort and rooms are very dated. The room was good for the price. Would have loved to have outdoor chairs to sit outside to enjoy the view. The water park on the front of the resort is not included in this stay.

I enjoyed my stay, the unit was cleaned and I was totally impressed with the fresh smell it had. Usually beach units get a little musty smell but this one was great. Unit owners were responsive and provided all kinds of instructions reminders etc via text. The only thing that was above par was there was no seating provided for the balcony so if you didn't have your own chair you would have to stand..no sitting having a cup of coffee and watching the ocean. Inside there was a table and two decorative chairs really not comfortable for sitting. I don't like to lay in bed all the time so would've enjoyed a more comfortable area for eating using laptop etc. But overall I would recommend

Arriving to property check in was a nightmare . There was a massive delay and I could not get ahold of anybody. I had to go through 3 portals to try and connect with someone for any assistance. After check in the room appeared to be clean and then checking out bed my sheets were stained and towels stained and dirty as well. Contacting host host said someone would come by for linens and no one ever showed. Room had no safety locks on front door or patio door. I have two disabled children so this was a major concern for my safety and my children’s safety. I was told maintenance would be there one day and they never showed. I was told again maintenance would be there first thing the next day and again didn’t show. I spent half of my stay waiting on maintenance to address safety concerns that should never have been an issue because state law requires all rooms to have at least these safety locks on front door. I spent the majority of my time going back and forth trying to reach management to get these issues resolved and only the safety locks were installed the day before I left . I stayed 3 nights. Dirty/ stained sheets, dirty/ stained towels , and fear for entire stay. After checking out host reached out questioning stained linens and my response was check the original messages I have been sending since I arrived . This whole experience was a nightmare and this was supposed to be a birthday celebration for my son.

Not as expected

Pictures of the room we stayed in must’ve been taken years ago because they were not accurate. Walking in the pain had multiple blemishes the floor was not clean and popped as you walked over it. Beds were not attached to the headboards mattresses literally had a hole/depression in it. Linens were stained and dirty looking. Bathroom door had what looked like water damage and did not close all the way. Shower diverter didn’t work/was rusted in place. The suitcase rack was moldy. Multiple times throughout our stay at all hours of the night the neighbor attempted to come through the adjoining door. Not a good stay just a shell of a place and definitely not what I expected from the pictures. I would not stay here again if you paid me to.
