Room was really clean and everything was good. The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay a 300 deposit that I won’t get back for a week or more

Host was very responsive and pleasant to deal with! Location is great! Plenty of restaurants, gas stations, shopping, etc. close by the property. Short walk to the ocean and pools. Plenty of places will deliver food if you don’t want to go out. If you plan to drive a larger SUV or lifted truck to the resort, it’s much easier to park in the lot across the street. Spots are very tight and the ceiling is low in the parking deck attached to the main resort. Thank you for a pleasant experience!!

This room looks nothing like the photos. The floor is worn and was dirty that our feet were black. Went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the floor. Sinks do not drain properly, hot water was hit or miss, toaster didnt work, fridge was super rusty and had roaches. Communication was ok, but no offer of refund after roach episode. Would not recommend this unit until they address all the issues.

Place was great it was nice having indoor amd outdoor pools and hot tubs the lazy river is definitely a nice feature. Its nice being able to walk downstairs and be at the beach and not have to worry about parking definitely would stay again.

Beautiful Place! Very clean and super easy to check in. Host was easy to contact and answered pretty quickly. Great location and feels very family friendly. Parking garage made everything so easy as you can just park on the third floor and don’t have to worry about taking an elevator to load or unload your car. The beach is beautiful, so easy to get to, and very clean. Only thing is there isn’t a ton of linen so if your a group you might bring some extra wash cloths and toilet paper. Overall had an amazing trip.

This room, I’ll never understand how it got a 9.2. I’ve never been so disgusted by a room in my entire life. I walked in… immediately left and found accommodations elsewhere. Broken furniture, mold on the ceiling, hair on the chairs. The host also did not feel it was appropriate to refund any of the money unpaid for my stay. What’s worse is communication was great! So they were well aware of the issues and that I IMMEDIATELY left and had to find another place to stay at the very last minute

There was a nice view of the ocean and the balcony was a great place to eat breakfast. The condo was just a very short walk to the beach. It was conveniently located to the main roads so getting around was easy.

Stay was PERFECT… communication with all parties were outstanding… We were able to have early check in accommodations completed. I would definitely re-book in the future. Highly recommended

The place itself is nice. What wasn’t “nice” is the boarding pass I received the morning of check in asking for 300 security deposit refundable or 47 fee “to help maintain the property” in order to check in to a location I had already paid for. Maintaining the location is part of renting the property, not a separate charge requested, and to spring that at the last minute, after I had already paid was extremely unpalatable. Especially since it wasn’t named anywhere in the listing. This is deceptive in its practice and could cause a family extreme duress if they did not have the extra 300 budgeted regardless of whether it’s returned after or not.

Great location and resort. The only complaint I really have is the TV did not work. Which wasn’t a huge deal for me but was for my husband. Great location and was clean.

Great place to stay if you have children. Condo was clean and as advertised. Directly above the pool and right next to the elevator so it isn't a quiet getaway and parking is limited.

Life is a Beach

We Loved our room and Host. The Proberty had alot of amenities that we greatly enjoyed. Waking up to the ocean view for a month was a blessing.
