Welcome to our Treasure Island Getaway! Enjoy views of the intracoastal waterway right from the comfort of the living room of our second-floor condo and just steps to white sugary sand beach with private beach access!

Don't miss the amazing sunsets this location is known for! Perfect for your beach getaway, romantic weekend, family outing and more! This waterfront community has a pool, dock, grill, picnic benches and private beach access and beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway.

Second floor unit newly renovated with all the amenities! Equipped with a Queen size Serta mattress in bedroom and Queen Sofa pull-out couch in living room, 55" Samsung Smart TV w/local cable, WiFi, and books. Everything to make your Beach Retreat feel like home. Bedroom features storage space to hold all your vacation belongings!

Solar-heated pool on-site with covered seating and lounge chairs, coin-operated laundry rooms on first floor. Gas grill available for use with small HOA fee, any charcoal grills on-site are left by guests and are not maintained. One reserved parking spot for the condo is provided.

Sit on the dock or enjoy lunch at the picnic tables outside the unit. Bike rack next to dock. No need to pack your beach towels, chairs or beach umbrella we got you covered. Private beach access is just steps away

Our condo is perfect for a romantic couples getaway, seasonal beach stay and families looking for fun in the sun.

Condo includes a complete linen set, beach and bath towels, a starter set of paper goods, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, dish-washing soap and trash bags, free parking and free WiFi access throughout your stay. Our kitchen includes dishes, pots, pans, cutlery and more for cooking along with a coffee pot, coffee filters, etc...

We loved staying here!!! It is beautifully decorated and was perfect for us. The location was convenient and the beach was beautiful. Enjoyed the pool as well as the ocean. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend to friends and family!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. Everything you would need for a beach vacation was provided. Excellent location across the street from the beach with a pool on site. Easy communication with owners.

Very nice place right across the street from the beach! It was within walking distance of Caddy’s restaurant and convenient to wherever we went. It was stocked with everything we needed, even a first aid kit. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely place is quiet section of Treasure Island. The condo was clean and well appointed! Had all we needed. Beach right across street and walkable to Caddy’s, KaTiki, 711 and Taco Bus. Everyone who lives at the complex was welcoming and gave us tips on where to go. Will definitely be back again someday! Thanks ladies for hosting!

Sunset Beach

Great spot on Sunset Beach. Right across the road from the Gulf. Plenty of good shell finds. Pool was warm and never too crowded. Room was comfortable for two adults and two children. Saw dolphins off the back dock one morning. Would stay again, thanks.

Location Location

We loved staying at the Sunset Cove. The area was quiet and it was right across the street from the beach. This is the quieter and less crowded area of Sunset Beach, which we love. This condo is super close to Caddy's and Kai Tiki and we walked there daily. Condo was spacious and clean. The couch was very comfortable.

We would like to give our host a five star review!Before we even arrived, the booking process was seamless, and the host was extremely communicative and responsive to any questions that we had along the way. Check in with seamless when we arrived. We found a very clean, adorable beach inspired unit that was as comfortable as it possibly could be! From the balcony was a wonderful Bay view with incredible sunrises. The pool area was super clean and lovely. Just across a small street. There was a beautiful golf with easy access.We are grateful for the opportunity to have stayed, and hope to be back real soon! Would recommend this particular unit in a heartbeat! Cleanliness, comfort, communication, and a kindness from the host.All of the amenities that we needed were there, along with a welcome bottle of wine, which we thought was such a nice touch. The only additional things we had to purchase for personal items that were specifically needed to make breakfast in the morning and lunch in the afternoon. Our evenings were spent exploring some of the fine restaurants and casual ones as well.Thank you ladies for an incredible and enjoyable time and blessings to you both Robert and LORA
