The place was accurately depicted on the listing. The ease of check in was second to none, and the view from your porch was amazing, especially for a sunset. The host was responsive to any questions we had. The area is very nice too as the beach is right across the street (not busy at all, felt like a private beach!) and there were food options right down the road. Would highly recommend to others.

The property was exactly as described, easy check in, clean and perfect location. It was perfect for two and our 6 days in St. Pete. Beds were a little too soft for old bones as we are accustomed to a little firmer mattress. Everything you need for a day at the beach is included except for your adult beverage but knew that would be the case so no big deal. Would recommend for a relaxing time away from your daily grind.

The property was exactly how it was described the location was perfect easy to get to everything around and the beach was so close and beautiful would definitely stay here again and the host answered questions very promptly and was extremely nice

Our stay was perfect, the only issue was the deadbolt very hard to open, the strike needs to be re aligned. If I had time I would have brought my tools out and fixed it. Great place to stay. Perfect location…

We had the most incredible stay at this Florida beach house. The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand, which made morning walks and sunset views incredibly easy. The house itself was clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need (including great beach gear!). The hosts were incredibly communicative and thoughtful. We are already planning our next trip back! Highly recommend.

We had an enjoyable stay. Love the access to the beach and the walking to the eateries and shops was enjoyable. Quiet enjoy able quick getaway.

It was clean and there was a great view of the beach. It was the perfect spot for our girls trip. The only thing that we found difficult was the deadbolt on the door was hard to open and close. It required the door to be pushed in and lifted up- I think just from age.

Great view, parking was awkward but it's a nice cozy nook over-looking the beach. AC is loud in the bedroom, but the bathroom is pretty cool.

This property was very clean inside. Nice cold AC with window units, a little old. The host ALWAYS responded to my every need. The beach was gorgeous and not crowded at all. We absolutely did not like the parking situation at the venue, however. Walking though others' properties with their scooters parked on walk ways etc was bad to say the least, in an alley way without access to visual on car, and far. (My husband is disabled). There was no table except a coffee table to eat at, but that's a non issue with the rest of the place being so cute and clean. It was also very quiet, which we loved. I'd definitely book again with this host, but maybe a different property, with more accessible features for my husband.

We had an excellent time! We have never used VRBO before and I was very happy. Jay has neee been to FL like I have and to impress him … it was great! The unit was clean and ready to use - everything worked properly and had no issues with anything. We are hoping to book/stay again. It was the perfect location especially for us as we get older, being so close to the beach is perfect! Thank you!

Great Location and Property

We had a great 3 day weekend stay. Very well equipped for fun in the sun and water. Would book again in a heartbeat!
