Perfect location for our family of 8. Walking distance to the beach. Beautiful views. Cottage was spacious, clean, well furnished, and just right for us.

We had a large family of 8 adults with 5 small children ages 14 month’s to 7 years, and this place was absolutely amazing! The space is perfect for a large family with children. The area is perfect also. Very laid back ,no loud music, no speeding cars!!! Very easy walk to the beach, maybe a 10 minute walk, and that’s with 5 small children!!!! Will definitely keep this on our list of favorite places to stay in Myrtle Beach!! For the space you get, you absolutely can not beat the price!!!! The host is also absolutely amazing! Quick to respond with any questions you might have!!!!

We absolutely loved this property and plan to book again in the future! With the amount of people in the house, eleven, we never once felt crammed in the house. We loved how open the house felt with plenty of seating for everyone. Our favorite part was the picnic area under the house/ driveway. We sat there often and enjoyed the breeze straight from the ocean. We even went crabbing in the backwaters and released our catch back into the water. Everything was very clean, the host was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back to this gem.

The house was clean and roomy for my group. The house was adequately supplied and a nice welcome basket greeted us upon our arrival. We enjoyed our stay at this house with the exception of the ROACHES, or more specifically, the Palmetto bugs. We encountered numerous roaches during our stay. My son found one on his pillow during the night. I found multiple bugs in the master bathroom and bedroom. Other family members encountered roaches in their bedroom, and we also saw some in the living room. After contacting the owner, I was given some bug spray - which was helpful. It didn't prevent the bugs from reappearing, but at least I had a tool to kill them when we did encounter them.

The house was nice and clean, close to the beach(walking distance) and neighborhood was quiet. Located near food and stores. We would return in the future if possible.

This place is super nice , clean and great location. We had 15 people and every one of us was comfortable. Location is quiet and close to beach. The marsh is great for crap and oyster hunting right out the back door. We appreciated the stay and the kindness of the host . We will return again .

Family get together

Our 3 sons and their families joined us four four nights. The bedroom layout and proximity to the beach were the reasons we chose this house. Great place for all of us.

Beautiful home and plenty of room for our group of 13. Lots of kitchen space as we cook a lot on our family trips. Living room was spacious with 3 couches so lots of seating. Porches on both sides of house were great for hanging out and enjoying the sights and smells of the ocean. Hope to stay again in the future.

Coastal Breeze is a nice older cottage with 5 bedrooms which was perfect for our extended family. The living area is very roomy with 3 nice sofas. The kitchen has been updated with nice counter tops and appliances. The bathrooms are older and could use some updating. We would stay here again!

Property was exactly as described. Close to the beach, quiet area, and owner responded quickly.
