Beautiful 4-bedroom Condo less that 30 mins from Disney

Our unit is a spacious corner unit with 4 bedrooms/ 3.5 baths. It has been recently updated with new sofa and love seat, all new flooring and writing desk and chair. Sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. There are 2 master bedrooms in the unit. The first is located on the ground floor and is equipped with full bath. The second is on the 2nd floor and has its own full bath as well.

The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs.

The resort has great amenities from pool/lazy river/slides to fitness center and arcade and is available to all guest staying at the resort.

Minimum 3-night stay

Please note there is a resort fee of -$21 per night per group of 10 people paid directly to the resort at check-in.

The place was perfect for our stay. The beds were great, lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was because we were staying 7 nights and it didn’t have enough toilet paper and dishwasher soap enough for 7 nights. We had to buy our own. It was great clean and comfortable.

It’s a VRBO rental not a hotel. If you need extra supplies you have to get those yourself.

Excellent place, excellent Host

Excellent place to stay. Jay the host was always quick to respond and took care of all our needs. The unit was clean, the resort was great. It was so easy getting around the community and everything we needed was just a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

An additional 180.00 is required at the check in or you dont get to stay.Things like that should be transparent.Home needs upgrades and needs to be sprayed for ants. Mainly the 2nd floor master bedroom

It is stated in the description of the property on VRBO that the resort charges a fee at check in which is payable to the resort directly and not the owner. Guests should read the description thoroughly. The property is sprayed every quarter by a pest control company. It is however tropical in Florida this is to be expected from time to time.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation townhouse. The location was incredibly convenient—just an easy 8‑minute walk to the pool and all the resort amenities. Inside, the home was spacious enough for our whole family to spread out and relax, and the furniture and beds were all very comfortable.The check‑in process was smooth and stress‑free. The townhouse was already cleaned when we arrived, and the owner was generous enough to allow an early check‑in, which we really appreciated.Both the back patio and the upstairs balcony were perfect spots to unwind in the evenings, and the price was the best we found for the area, making the stay an even better value.We did run into a few minor cleanliness oversights—some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a couple of dirty pots in the cupboard, and a wad of hair stuck to the bath mat in the master bathroom. These seemed like simple misses by the cleaning crew rather than anything serious, and they didn’t detract from our overall experience.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this townhouse again in the future.

Great Value

The owners worked with us when we needed to split the payment between a personal and corporate card. The house was great, the tv/cable isn’t the greatest but it worked enough to watch the playoffs. We also were at the pool most of the time we weren’t at the conference so it didn’t matter too much. Great amenities on property.

Week getaway/cheer vacation

Booked 2 homes in this resort for 5 families traveling to the Orlando area for National cheer competition. Home was exactly as pictured, very clean and neat. Did not need to contact owner while on property, but before arriving he was quick to respond if I had any questions. The resort pool area was a hit with our teen/pre-teen girls. There is a Publix market just around the corner for all your shopping needs. The drive time to Disney/Universal can take up to an hour depending on traffic/construction, time of day, so make sure to leave plenty of travel time- but we enjoyed our stay here so we thought the drive was worth it!!!

Florida Getaway

This 4 bedroom with 3-1/2 bath is great for a family gathering or get away to the sunshine state. It lies within a gated community of townhomes. The unit had everything we needed with plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The resort pools and lazy river were perfect for keeping the kids entertained on our take it easy days. There were restaurants, a Publix, and a Circle K next door. I th o ught it was a good value as well. Some of the finishes are showing a bit of wear, but we expected that. The host was responsive and friendly. Thank you for sharing your unit Jay!

Too far from Universal Studios and owner wants to rip you off

Unfortunately the property is not close to Universal. It’s a solid 50 minutes. The worst part about my stay is that after we left the owner/property manager billed me $40 additional dollars for 2 “ripped” pillow cases. I don’t know about you but I have never ripped a pillow case…. Let alone 2 of them in the exact same spot. I find it suspicious that they would suggest my wife and I ripped both decorative pillow cases. We didn’t even use the pillows. It’s not necessarily about the $40. It’s more about how I know my wife and I didn’t do the damage and we are being charged for it. Buyer beware. If you stay here you should document ever single blemish at the site and date stamp it. I would even send the video to the owner. Or better yet. Find a different property that won’t try to rip you off.

If you read through all of our other reviews we have not changed other guest for damaged items, because there were no damaged items to report. When we find something that is damaged we report it to our guest and they have to pay for the damaged. You say you didn’t rip the pillow cases and my property manager sent me images of the ripped pillow cases. No one else went in after you left. We have to maintain our place and our standards.

Clean townhome and comfy beds!

The townhome itself was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra blankets were available in the closets which was nice. They supplied enough dish detergent and dishwasher tablets for the week, which is not typical for a lot of places! We had a minor issue with an appliance that the property manager remedied immediately. Would liked to have had more comfortable seating in the family room and chairs on the upstairs balcony. There were outdoor chairs in the family room that we moved to the upstairs balcony to enjoy tea in the mornings. Other than that it's a great place!

We loved 😍 the stay. Super close to the parks , restaurants and they amazing thing is the amenities they have for kids to do at the resort and adults as well. 5 stars across the board.

Great house

House was in a Great easy to get to location. Check in wasn’t that great but our parties did not arrive together. Overall very clean and comfortable. Will book again if in area.

Have been very happy returning to Regal Palms, friendly, clean, very prompt if needing any fixes. Have stayed here 5 or 6 years . Recommend to family and friends.

Not bad for the money.

Great resort, the unit needed some attention on some things but did not affect our stay. The unit could use a remodel. The flooring has seen better days, some of the door locks do not work, some light bulbs are out, it takes 2 remotes to operate the tvs ( cable company can assist to program theirs to operate tv ) and batteries missing from remotes in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The owner or manager had great communication. Our family had a lot of fun.
