Easy check in and out, clean and spacious. Alex was quick to respond and the amenities were top notch. We would definitely stay again.

Quick getaway

We had a good time at this venue. The proximity to food and the Publix was great! The spot was not far from Disney so we had a quick trip to Animal Kingdom and back. The instructions were easy to follow and the owner was responsive.

Great Host

Great family gettaway

Great spot! Lots of room and very clean. Easy to find and check in process was simple. Pool area is very nice for kids and adults. We really enjoyed our stay

Amazing, beautiful home

We had a beautiful stay! Alex was very quick with answering all my questions. The house was lovely. The pool/ lazy river was amazing to have anytime from 8 A.M -11PM. It was so much fun especially the slide!! The overall experience was wonderful. 10/10 hope to come again! Also even better... there was neighbors with dogs that loved to get pet!!!!

Beautiful Home

The condo was clean, spacious and well equip. The location was perfect, close to all of the major attractions. The resort pool was also beautiful and so much fun for our family!

Spacious and Comfortable

Excellent property, my family enjoyed a five day stay that is not comparable to staying on a single hotel room. The price is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place for your vacation stay. Clean, secure, and felt like at home.

Enjoyed our stay

House was very clean and updated. No issues whatsoever. My family enjoyed the the pool and volleyball court each night we were there.

Great location

Good location if you are doing Disney parks. The pool area is nice and has activities available for kids. It's small so the kids did get bored of it after a few days but we broke it up with park visits. I found the prices at the pool restaurant to be very reasonable considering it's a resort restaurant. Overall good stay!

Family Vacation

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We had everything we needed. Communication with Alex was awesome. I definitely recommend this place for your Florida vacation!!!

Spacious and Clean

The place was in a good location, close to Publix grocery store and other eateries. Check in/out process was very easy. Nice Clean Property. Quite, nice amenties at the resort for the family, such as game room (need money) pool, lazy river, ice cream, spa, security gates. The home was nice and clean with lots of space. Beds are uncomfortable but nice overall.

Lovely clean villa, couldn't be happier

Possibly the cleanest villa we've stayed in through VRBO, it was immaculate. The whole house felt really new, as if it has been recently renovated and we would definitely recommend it to other people. We were initially worried about driving to the pool but there were always parking spaces available and actually it was easier than walking. We never struggled to get a sun lounger at the pool and at 930am were sometimes the first ones there. We've stayed at several resorts in Orlando but will definitely book again when we return.

Week stay

The property is in a gated community. Pool was awesome. Short walk from unit. Publix within walking distance. Screened in back porch. Small backyard with a tree. Small covered front porch with chairs.

Spacious and Close to Parks!

The space was spacious and clean, accommodated all of our guests comfortably. The resort is very nice, fun arcade room, wonderful lazy river, nice pools and jacuzzis. But renters be advised - the resort charges an additional per person fee on top of your VRBO rental rate - which came out to an additional $80 for our party. Be sure to pack your own water tube and/or children's floatation vests as all of that is not included and on sale at their gift shop. You may also want to pack your own pillow if you are a sensitive sleeper. Other than that, the accommodations were great and close enough to all of the parks. There is a Publix nearby and restaurants so everything was very convenient.

Atonomy

We really enjoyed our stay. Resort fees are quite high and should be charged per day as we only used the central location 2 out of the 11 days we were there. Very hot in July. Close to amenities. Costs very high in and around the resort for gas and other essentials but Walmart close, Publix. 30-50m drive to Orlando depending on traffic. Home was exceptional and very roomy.

Alex’s Place was Beautiful and Clean!

Our stay was wonderful! We stayed close to Valentine’s Day and arrived to see a bottle of wine and chocolates left for us. Everything was well stocked and super clean. All soaps, paper towels, and several trash bags were supplied as well! Communication with the owner was very easy! Alex offered us a late checkout which would have been wonderful if we do not have a time frame to be back home. :) There is plenty of space for luggage and the possibilities of several families to stay together. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo because we were busy with the cheer competition and parks, but it would be a perfect place to just stay and relax! So wishing Alex’s condo was located in the PCB area as we visit that area very often and this condo would be perfect! Thanks Alex for the amazing hospitality and stay!

Great Rental

Overall, this was a great stay. Alex was great to communicate with and was quick with replies. We would definitely stay here again. The property was as advertised and very clean. Seemed like it was renovated not long ago. The only negatives or heads up for the future was you cannot control the temperature in the home as thermostat was locked up and the system set to off. This was an issue for us as we were there during a very cold time and the house got very cold at night for this area(29 F). If we stayed longer (only 2 days), we would have contacted Alex. The other minor negative was the king bed mattress was 2 beds together so a crack down the centre so was a little uncomfortable...this wasn't a big concern but would prefer a proper king mattress. Thanks Alex for a great overall stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very welcoming, clean, and ample space for our party of three. The property manager was very responsive and was kind to offer us early check-in and even late check-out if needed. Only complaint would be the unexpected resort fee. We were there for a dance competition and didn’t utilize the grounds at all. I did inquire about waiving the fee upon arrival, but was unable to do so. Had we seen it on the listing (manager said it was pictured, but we couldn’t find it), we would’ve stayed somewhere else for this particular stay. He told me he’d inquire about getting us a partial refund, but I never heard back after we left.

Wonderful!

The unit is exactly like the pictures. Only difference is bed sizes. There is 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 doubles. Wasn’t an issue for our group. Property was very clean, and checking in at Regal Palms was a breeze. Didn’t have any issues. Thank you for a great property, and a great stay!
