Perfect home for families

We really enjoyed our stay last week! We appreciated how clean the home was and the smooth check in process. The owners take very good care of the house and their guests staying there. We hope to be back next year!

Best vacation stay!

This home was perfect for our family of 12! There was so much to do, so close to this property that we enjoyed so much!! The home is gorgeous and very spacious! I definitely would recommend to everyone!

This past week was our fourth summer staying at this house. It has so much to offer and is very spacious for large families. The neighborhood is quiet, but also very close to everything. Wendy is an exceptional host! Looking forward to coming back again next year.

Relaxing family getaway

The house was immaculate and well equipped. We felt like we were able to enjoy all it had to offer & have a fun, relaxing family vacation. Wendy was easy to communicate with and made everything seamless!

Holiday week getaway.

Great location, super quiet and relaxing. A most welcoming home with everything as advertised. Owners an absolute pleasure to deal with, great communication, incredibly eager to please and make you feel at home. Would definitely return.

Great family home

Spent an extended weekend here and the stay was amazing! Wendy was a pleasure to work with and was so easy to communicate with. The home is so relaxing and set up perfectly for a large family vacation. We stayed with a combo of adults and kids/babies and all were sad to leave at the end! Will definitely be looking to rent this property again in the future!

Relaxing, beautiful setting and fun family times

Home away from home but nicer, with wonderful views of marine birds and an excellent recreation area. The house was equipped so we could fully enjoy. The kids loved kayaking and crabbing. Also had a great time at the outdoor concert venue. Strong communication with owner was appreciated.

Wonderful week by the sea

We enjoyed our vacation very much at Wendy's home. The house is very spacious, comfortable and super well equipped. The children had fun with the bicycles available and the adults greatly appreciated the availability of beach equipment. We will keep very fond memories of our week spent at Hidden Bay Breeze.

Great vacation

We had another great vacation in this home. We loved the quite location, but within 10 minutes could easily reach the beach and restaurants. The home easily accommodated our party of 7. The owner was quick to reply to any questions we had. Thanks Wendy for sharing your home with us!

Smith Family Thanksgiving week vacay

We had such a wonderful week at Hidden Bay Breeze and found it to have everything and more that we could have ever needed. The place was immaculate and so lovely and the amenities were perfect for everyone , including the kids. Can’t say enough about this week. So so great

Family vacation

The house was as described and had all the kitchen gadgets which was great since we cooked 50% of our stay. Communication with the host, Wendy was smooth and prompt. This was my annual vacation with my 2 sisters and the house fit all our needs especially the rooms which had an attached bath. We enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Beautiful property and location

Our family of nine spent a wonderful week at this property! It is exactly as advertised and reviewed: spacious, clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the use of the kayaks in the canal and also loved the short walk to the well maintained pool. The grandchildren are already talking about, "when we come back here." Thanks Wendy for renting this beautiful space!

Wonderful house and owners

We had a great vacation at this awesome house. Everything was perfect and very clean. The spacious house is well maintained, equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was a pleasure to book the rental with Wendy and Don. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.

Wonderful week!

We loved the location & overall neighborhood of this property. It was a huge plus to have no amenities fee to use the pool & gym like we've experienced at other places. Wendy (the owner) was EXCELLENT with communication & was very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Great vacation spot

We had a great time at this house. We were close to everything- grocery stores, restaurants, the beach, & the pier in the development. We used our paddle boards, so being within 200' feet of the launch spot made it easy to get the boards in the water. The pool & playground was only about a 7 minute walk so that was convenient too. Even though the development was a short drive from everything we needed, it was quiet & everyone we encountered was friendly. We definitely recommend this as a good vacation rental spot.

Our stay at Hidden Bay Breeze was exceptional. One of the best vacations we’ve had with our whole family. The house easily accommodated our family of six adults and six children with room to spare. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and hard a large dining area that seated the whole family. There was a large collection of games for the children. This home was in a great location that afforded access to many beach related activities. Wendy was an incredible host, responding quickly to all our inquiries and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to the area.

Amazing week.

We have traveled to Delaware for family beach vacations for the last 7 years. This was the best place we have stayed. The owner has amazing communication, the location is beautiful, the house is furnished and set up for families (we could sit 10 of us at the dining room table), the extras like kayaks and crab traps and beach gear and no fees to use the pool. I could go on and on. Everyone from the smallest to the oldest had a great time and we look forward to returning.

Great home for a family vacation

This was our third summer staying at this property. We absolutely love it here! The pool and clubhouse amenities are wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. Wendy is a great host and has everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay. She is very quick to respond to any questions. The home is always well maintained and move in ready for the week! We plan to come back again next summer :) Thanks for a wonderful family vacation, Wendy!

Delaware Refuge

Our stay at Wendy's was very accommodating. The house was comfortable, roomy, clean and beautifully decorated.There was everything needed for the time spent there. The kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The grounds in the community were very well taken care of as was the pool and all other ammenities. Short drive to the beaches with plenty of free parking in Ocean City Maryland.

Beautiful home

Our family of 13 had a great week at Hidden Bay Breeze. The house is well stocked and beautiful. We were all able to sit around the table to eat together which isn't always easy to do with our size group. The sunroom was definitely a favorite spot to hang out. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks and the pool was another favorite spot. The beach is about 15 minutes away and you do need to go early for parking. Thanks for sharing your space! We loved it!

Beach house close to everything!

Our family spent a week at Wendy’s home in The Refuge in Selbyville. We’ve stayed multiple times in that area and this house is among the best. Very close to the boat launch so that the kids could crab at night and all the amenities. Bikes and kayaks are provided which is also great. Pool is a short walk and is also included at no extra charge. Beautiful, secluded back patio area. Driveway fits 3 cars and 1 vehicle can be parked in the garage. 5 stars! We hope to stay again in the future!

Soooooo Nice!!!

A warm and lovely home with plenty of space for sprawling out. We were a party of 13, all ages and this worked beautifully. We enjoyed the facilities, the pool, bocce court, and kayaking. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely to stroll through in the evening. Hawaiian shave ice is a nice walk for a delicious treat. Wendy was a pleasure to work with, responding quickly to any and all of our questions and concerns. Great beaches, Fenwick a bargain, Bethany adorable! We had a fabuous week, can't you tell?!

Wonderful vacation

Our family had a wonderful vacation together at Wendy’s lovely, fully stocked home! The living and dining areas were even more spacious and open than I’d expected and nice for us all (4 couples and 5 children) to hang out together. We also greatly enjoyed outside time on the front porch/back patio and use of the included bikes and kayaks! Such a nice, peaceful neighborhood and the pool was a short walk/bike ride over as well. For the beach we went to the Fenwick Island State Park Wendy recommended which wasn’t a bad drive (10min) and seemed less crowded than other local beaches, plus the bathrooms were an added perk! Wendy was easy and quick to communicate with and really don’t have a negative thing to say about anything. We would definitely stay here again!
