4 Bed 3 Bath waterfront home in Ocean City, Maryland with boat slip. Family-friendly, modern, and well-equipped (WiFi, cable) house blocks from the beach and across from the Assawoman Bay (water views from all 4 Bedrooms). Sleeps 8-12 people (2 BR with Queen, 1 BR with Full, and Loft with twin bunk bed and 2 Full).
Brand new upper and lower decks!

Nice property with plesant host

Very nice property with plenty of space for a family of 9 teenagers & adults. Host is very considerate and works to ensure tenants are set up for a relaxing vacation. Great communication.

Anzalone Family Vacation 2024

We had 11 family members , including: my wife and I, our 3 adult kids and their spouses and 3 grandchildren ages 4, 7 and 8. Upon arrival we could not get in the door. The dead bolt was jammed. I called Keisha and she was able to remotely correct the problem. Then, the 3rd floor was terribly hot. We had 5 people sleeping up there. The air conditioner needed the fan to adequately cool the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, in order to run the ceiling fan, , another light on the same circuit had to be on. The first night no one slept on the 3rd floor. Keisha had a fan and a an extension cord delivered the next day. The fan fixed the problem on the 3rd floor. The extension cord allowed us to use the lights which were strung on the outside deck. Over, the house was adequate. It is old it also lacks closets or dressers in most bedroom s. Our family made the best of it. We enjoyed the deck on the canal. We did some kayaking crabbing and some fishing.

Wonderful week made better by location

Our family had a great stay in this home without any issues. We were pleased to be welcome to our home away from home for the week. My wife loved going out on the deck to relax and read each morning. We always had great communication with the owner before arriving and would love to come back for another stay.

Another amazing stay!

This was our second time returning to Bayside Lighthouse Retreat and we had another perfect week! This year we rented a small 19’ fishing boat that we were able to dock- not many places in OC have that option so that was a big bonus for us. We enjoyed fishing and crabbing and coming back to cook them and sit on the spacious deck for hours many evenings. We also love the location- we parked beside the Carousel hotel to beach all day and pop over to their bar/grill for food and drinks. The host is so wonderful to work with and the place is perfect for our family. We’ve already booked for next year!

Perfect vacation!!

We had such a wonderful experience! The place is very spacious, especially with the loft that expanded almost the entire third level, giving us ample room for our entire family. We also really appreciated having 3 full bathrooms- it made getting ready so much quicker! The patio was lovely to sit outside and look at the bay and we enjoyed dining there as well. The location was nice too, we liked the privacy of the bay side and when we went to the beach we parked close by to the Carousel hotel and visited their outdoor restaurant frequently for lunch and drinks. The place was stocked with all the kitchen items we needed and the beds were comfy which is much appreciated on vacation. I have to say though that the owner went above and beyond for us in a few instances and that is a primary reason we plan to return! Thank you for everything, it was perfect!

Bayside Lighthouse

There was more than enough room here for four couples and two toddlers for our extended family beach week. It has a great open floor plan and full bath on the first floor. The 3 bedrooms are large on the second floor and the loft on the 3rd floor is huge. We loved having the large deck in the back on the canal and having four parking spaces in the front. It is about a mile walk to the ocean. Other family members were staying in an oceanfront townhome just north of us which was perfect. It was easy to launch our paddle boards from the dock. The owner is great to work with.

Very Roomy

We had a great time during our stay at Bayside Lighthouse Retreat. The kitchen is rather spacious for a rental and the bottom floor is all open, which was great for our toddlers! The rental also came with different house games and had lots of seating - perfect for a big family! Our only complaint was that the loft, while it's super spacious, was VERY hot during the day. It makes sense since it's the top floor and it's hot at the beach, but it was almost unbearable up there until after 9pm at night (even with running the AC unit all day). I would definitely bring your own fans if you want to be comfortable up there. Only other impression of the rental is that if they would update the flooring throughout, it would look so much nicer and 'lighter'. Also - be careful when walking into the master bathroom. The flooring in there is very slippery and my husband and I both almost feel multiple times (with rug there and with taking the rug out). Just don't want anyone to get hurt!

Spacious house

This property was able to accommodate our family including a toddler. Nice quiet location. Would highly recommend to a family. The property was clean and the owner answered any question in a timely manner.

Loved our stay!

Stayed here for a week in august. Very easy communication with the owners of the house. House was clean and as photographed. Best part was that the backyard was fully fenced in so we didn’t have to worry about our littles falling into the lagoon! Just want to note that it’s little bit of a walk to get to the beach (15 min walk). Would definitely stay here again!

Great Trip

Everything was as mentioned. Only problem was when we first got there we had problems with the deadbolt on the door. I called the owner, she answered right away and left us in. Other than that it was just a perfect place to call home while we were there. We all have a lot of good memory's from the trip. Steve

Family vacation

Plenty of space there was 10 of us n we never got in each other’s way n it also had plenty of open floor space for everyone to hang together as well. Definitely would return n I have recommended this spot to someone already

Great vacation for friends and family!

We were in town for our daughters softball nationals tournament. This property was spacious enough for all 12 of us. It was in a great location, just a short drive to all Ocean City attractions, easy beach access but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city!! Very quiet location. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck, fishing and crabbing off the dock! Thank you!

Great Family Rental!!!

For our first family vacation this property set expectations really high! The home was stocked with everything we forgot. The outdoor space was perfect for hanging out and grilling out. Inside had enough rooms space and bathrooms that 11 people were able to co-exist comfortably for 8 days. The neighborhood is quiet. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend this rental and will definitely be back!
