Another great stay in The Refuge! House was clean and as advertised. Pool and pickle ball courts kept our active family busy. Love the beach chairs and bikes provided. We will be back.

Our four-generation family had a wonderful time. Kelly responded to my messages very quickly and thoroughly. For example when we requested a pickleball court reservation we got it within minutes.

We had a group of 11 people stay in this spacious 5 bedroom home. The whole home is equipped with what you'll need to have a great week. There are bikes galore and plenty of beach chairs. The indoor and outdoor space provide opportunities to be together and separate as you like. The community pool, playground, and workout room are a short bike ride or walk away. Thanks for a wonderful week of memories for our family.

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for our group. It was a quick drive from Harris Teeter and Food Lion. Colleen and Kelly were responsive. That being said, we did have some concerns regarding the conditions of the home. Some were addressed but unfortunately, most weren’t. I do appreciate the prompt replies and the home is nice.

This property was just as it advertised. My family & I enjoyed it so much and all the amenities and the host provided beach equipment and also bikes for adults and kids to ride. There were also tennis rackets and balls to be used at the court. The house was very spacious. And there was a playroom with toys already there. The kids loved that. They spent a lot of time there. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We hope we can stay again sometime. The host was very helpful with everything.

Amazing house great location and my grandchildren love the pool we also had a lot of fun playing pickleball would definitely stay here again very clean and lots of room for a big family

Excellent property

We had a group of 12 men for a weekend golf trip and this was a perfect house. Very close to many quality courses and the space was very comfortable. The house is well stocked and provided a great spot to cook dinner and relax

Wonderful Home

This was our second time staying and we absolutely love it!!! Great neighborhood, great location close to everything. We have a wide age range of children and they also enjoyed it very much! Plan to stay again next summer!

Excellent vacation

The house was comfy and had lots of space for our two families and 5 kids. It was close to the beach, ice cream and all the things we wanted to do. It also had an outdoor shower so we could rinse off the sand before entering. The property manager quickly answered some questions we had. Overall a wonderful house to relax in.

Annual family vacation

We were a group of 10, 8 adults and 2 kids, 14 and 9. There was plenty of room to spread out. The community is quiet, the pool reat and there were pickle ball and basketball courts. The community was very clise to the beach and attractions. Centrallt located to get to Ocean City, Bethany and Rehoboth.

Delaware beaches

We had a great stay at this very comfortable property. The pool was just a short distance away and very large, The area is quiet with views of the ponds and wading birds from the back yard. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. Great location, close to many restaurants, groceries, and the beaches.

Spacious, beautiful home; a variety of activities that everyone could enjoy; close enough to the beach but away from all the tourist busy-ness . . . . everyone agreed that it was one of our best trips !

Another excellent stay

We have stayed in this development and specifically at this house before. Check-in process is seamless and house is clean with recently updated curtains, couches and carpets. Plenty of comfortable beds and TV, internet and AC all work well. Another great stay. We will be back!

Great Vacation Home!

We have stayed in this neighborhood in the past and loved it! We love the pool, walking to Fenwick Ice, and the short drive to the beach! This was our first time at this property, and we thought it was great! Nicely equipped and well kept! We will return!

We enjoyed our stay, house was nice!

Only problem was Wi-Fi and cable didn’t work properly, and I think every bedroom should have a television!

2024 Family trip

This home was perfect for our family of 10. Located in a quiet community but still close to attractions. The pool area was exceptional. The host was very easy to work with. Everything you need in the kitchen. I especially liked the sunroom.
