Beautiful house, well stocked with everything we needed, The yard and firepit gave us plenty of room and opportunities to be outside. The location was great, close to many great seafood restaurants with plenty to do with the kids, The host responded promptly anytime we had a question.All in all, a great vacation.

Jennie was very helpful and responsive and made sure we had the best possible stay before, during, and after our trip. She made excellent recommendations for places to have a nice meal and the beach and views and family time we experienced there were priceless. Can’t wait to take another trip next year.

This is our 3rd year staying at Jennie’s place. We love that we get to take our dogs with us and it is such a quick walk to the beach. The house has plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group of 10 and 2 fur babies. Jennie is a great host and is very responsive and receptive to feedback. We look forward to staying again next summer!

The house is spacious with an excellent floor plan for large groups of people. The beach is a quick walk away and wasn’t crowded. This was a quiet and safe neighborhood. Excellent property !

Location of the property is superb, within walking distance of a great beach and quality restaurants. House is very well stocked to cook, and the backyard with fire pit was appreciated! The 3rd story can be tricky to navigate up/down stairs but a great space for kids that can navigate it. The layout and steep stairs could be challenging for folks with mobility issues. Also note that the kitchen and family areas are on the second floor. Overall, it was a great spot for our 3 generation family trip with teenagers. The host was super responsive and accommodating. We have no reservations in recommending this property for any folks where stair navigation would not be an issue.

Great Stay

Location was great and so much space for a large group. Beds were comfy, full equipped kitchen and linens and super convenient to Portland and OBB.

This was the best property we have ever stayed at in the 15 years we have been doing our family vacation. Very well maintained. The location was beautiful, the house was fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and then some. We really only needed to bring food and clothes.

Great Stay

We had a very nice stay at the beach house. House came clean, and stocked with all the beach necessities. Great neighborhood and walking distance to the beach. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location. Plenty of room to host a large family. The kids loved the loft area. We hope to be back next year!

Terrific spot for a big family

We spent Christmas at the property and lacked for nothing in space, amenities, and views. The property was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to be all together. Communication was terrific. Would definitely stay again.

Summer Family Vacation 2024

We had a wonderful stay in Pine Point. The rental was so close to the beach, it was perfect for our family! We spent much of our time outside on the back deck. There was ample space for everyone and we can’t wait to come back next summer!

Lovely getaway spot close to beach & city

This is amazing property for a large group. Plenty of beds and spaces to hang out. The basement is a particularly cool place to chill. Minutes from the beach and a 20 min drive to downtown. Can’t recommend this spot enough!

Amazing for a large family

The house was amazing. 15 adults, nobody felt crowded. Gave us amazing room to roam and talk and laugh. Would recomend this stay for any and all. Look foward to renring again for family get togethers...
