Welcome to your perfect Maine beach getaway! This historic home, built in 1875 has been updated throughout, and has breathtaking 365-degree views! It comfortably sleeps 10-12 people, with ample parking.

A stone’s throw from Pine Point's favorite restauranst and bars, Scarborough River and of course Pine Point Beach! Take advantage of the trolley which conveniently stops right across the street every hour. Take a scenic ride, or hop off at the infamous Old Orchard Beach Pier where you can enjoy food, drinks and amusement park to complete your seaside adventure!

Head north 15 minutes to Portland’s Old Port where you can relish in its quaint shops, exciting nightlife and distinguished restaurants (we’re happy to recommend our favorites, just ask!)
Whether it's kayaking, paddle boarding, or lounging in the sand, this is the quintessential home base for your trip. Perfectly located is our outdoor shower to rinse off after a sandy day, or salty swim. Enjoy the beautiful backyard oasis which has a private deck, hammock and grill area, or the serenity the front porch offers when enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or breathtaking sunsets over a glass of wine.

Great Vacation Home and Location

This property is in a prime location, had everything that we needed and was across the street from a great restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was a great communicator. Would absolutely stay here again.

An ideal location for quiet seekers

The house was as wonderful as all the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped which is important to my son-in-law, so much better than most vacation rentals. We truly enjoyed our vacation and the house!

Wonderful! The house had everything we needed, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely yard, with plenty of chairs and lots of space for lawn games. Very near the town landing for launching small water craft. Highly recommended!

Great vacation hime

Wonderful house in quiet location. House has been updated very nicely and the 3rd floor master has spectacular views…one short block to the beach. Great spot for a family reunion and communication was fast and easy. Thanks for a great stay!!

Peaceful Point

Lovely remodeled 1800s home on the bay side on the Point. Lots of restaurant options to walk to and beach within two blocks. True Maine beach experience.

Lovely Pine Point

The house is a wonderful vacation house in a beautiful spot in Pine Point. Restaurants are very convenient. This year I saw how much better it is as the train station is only ten minutes away and the airport twenty. Love it all!

This is the third year that I rented the house. Scott is a great host and the house is great! Unfortunately he is selling the house so I can’t rent it again but it has been a terrific three years. Thanks to you Scott.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!

My family of 8 adults enjoyed a 5 night stay! The area is wonderful, very close to beautiful beach entrance and fresh sea food just across the street! It was also so fun to see the tide come in the bay just across the street. Centrally located to visit other great towns in Maine. We enjoyed making dinner and breakfast at the home in a pretty well stocked kitchen. There are multiple grocery stores and a Costco a short drive away which was very helpful! Hope to be back someday!

Best vacation ever

This property has everything you could want for vacation: proximity to beach, amazing view over the marsh, trolley stop in front of house, seafood options galore. Not to mention the property itself - great private backyard (especially if you have little ones who need to get energy out!), multiple sitting areas, beautiful kitchen, plenty of sleeping space for larger groups, and a fabulous front porch to drink your coffee in the morning while taking in the view. Couldn’t have asked for a better week - thank you, Scott!!

Awesome Family stay and bachelorette party

So we rented this house because it was close to the beach, slept a lot of guests and allowed small gatherings. It did not disappoint! It was beachy and charming, was well equipped and the manager was great. The location was excellent.. a few minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby...a couple u can walk to. Quick drive to Portland. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available as well. Loved the picnic table, extra chairs n patio sets outside, and the cornhole game. Great rental.

While we loved staying again in Pine Point this property was not what we had hoped for. It had a wonderful front porch that we used all the time, however the house had a large construction project going on that we werent told about. While the contractor was respectful of us being there, it was a full blown project that required many workers with loud equipment and a few foul mouthed workers etc..... There was no grass or yard we could use because it was all dirt. The house was supposed to be air conditioned. It was window air conditioners that tried to keep up but had a hard time and one bed room was unusable because it had no AC and extremely hot. The house appeared clean but was really dirty. Windows and woodwork hadn't been cleaned in years it seemed. Everything was covered in a film of dirt, sand and pollen-even inside cupboards and drawers etc. Trash was left in cans and dirty towels left in the laundry area. Host was helpful when asked for an item but no explanation for the construction we were never told about . TV's were hard to use, no remotes for some of the TV's. Kitchen was adequate, but lacked amenities that we should have had based on our cost charged.

Beautiful Beach Location with Views!

What else can I say about this place except location location location! You will not regret renting this home with all it includes! The backyard is amazing for having a BBQ with your family and maybe relaxing in the hammock after an epic battle of corn hole. The 3rd floor master has 360’ views! Sunsets are out of this world. Hope you like Lobster rolls/ our favorite spot is across the street! The manager is extremely responsive and made sure we had a great experience. With a short walk to a great part of the exclusive sandy beach- you can come back and forth with ease! Thank you!

Scott truly is a good and responsible host…..quick to reply both before booking and while at the property. Truly does sleep 12 with a range of bedrooms……nicely decorated, great porches and decks for entertaining outdoors…….the Bait Shed across the street wonderful for drinks and the beach just three short blocks away…

Superbe séjour dans un superbe lieu

La maison de Scott est vaste et confortable. Meublée avec goût. Les équipements sont parfaits. S'il fallait trouver quelque chose à redire.., Une table pliante (style Lifetime) serait la bienvenue si l'on veut manger à 12 ensemble Mais c'est anecdotique. L'emplacement est incroyable entre l'immense plage l'estuaire et les commerces

Beautiful, comfortable home

This home was very tastefully updated and had every amenity one could think of. The furniture was comfortable and there were many seating and dining areas both indoors and out. Our favorite thing to do was to sit out on the front porch each evening enjoying the salty breeze. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out. The bedrooms were large with comfortable mattresses and clean bedding. The 3rd floor master suite was a dream!!! The view from that level was breathtaking and it was all windows! The walk in shower was better than any luxury hotel we ever stayed in. My husband and I would come again just to hang out in this space! We found the owner to be very thoughtful in that the bathrooms had toilet paper and handsoap and there were even some keurig pods beside the coffee maker, which was a nice touch until we could get our own groceries. This was definitely one of the nicest homes we have stayed in.

Worth Every Penny!!

This property was fantastic. Clean and maintained. All of the beds are comfortable. Huge, mostly enclosed backyard Plenty of towels and chairs. Very short walk(4-5 min) to Pine Point beach and even closer to Bayley's lobster pound for our daily lobster ritual. Everything in this area closes at 8 pm so it is very quiet at night. Could use some more coffee cups a couple more fry pans and measuring cups.

wonderful location, nice property

Very nice overall. wonderful location and house and yard are very nice. Tons of great amenities and extra touches (grill and cornhole in the backyard for instance! Our only complaint is that one of the beds of the pull-out couches was dirty when we pulled it out so we did not use it.

The home was fantastic. Clean and well stocked with all the supplies they said would be there.

Walkable to a couple of great restaraunts. We could see the water across the street and walkable beaches nearby. Fantastic yard space. Owner was great with any contacts we made. I would recommend renting this home and working with (Scott) the owner in a heartbeat.
