This property was ideal for our family vacation with 4 children under 4. House was well appointed with gates and a fenced in yard. The beach was so private with minimal surf so the children could run and play without worry. The hosts were incredibly attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We are 6, 76 Year old highschool pals who have been getting together on an annual basis for ten years. We were very happy with this house, it was very clean and in a very good location. We woke up every morning to a beautiful sunrise and in the evening we enjoyed the fire in the living room fireplace.The communication with The host was perfect. They were very attentive, answered our questions in a timely manner and let us in as soon as the house was ready.We are looking forward to going to this location again next year. The only challenge are the stairs and at our age that might become a problem in the future. All in all it was a very pleasant stay. Very happy with everything.

Clean home. Wonderful communication from the owners. Great location. Kitchen had what we needed. Comfortable beds. Was so happy with our stay and hope to stay there again some day.

The owners were easy and a pleasure to work with. The house is beautiful and well appointed. The location was so wonderful. We traveled with little children. The house was so close to the beach that it was so easy to walk them back to the house for naps or potty breaks. I would definitely rent from this family again!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The hosts have thought of everything - from the comprehensive binder with great recommendations and clear tips/instructions, to the decor, to the fantastic outdoor space - they have thought of everything. The views from the top floor and deck are beyond STUNNING, but the hosts aren't relying on views and proximity to the beach alone to make the stay five stars, you can tell they truly care about the guests experience in this home. The communication from the host was exceptional - we really didn't have any questions once we got there, but the host made sure to check in in case we did. It was perfect for my family (which includes 3 generations, including 3 kids 6 and under). We travel to Maine each summer and hope to stay here again!
