Spectacular home with magnificent Gulf views. You will not want to miss this one! Open concept floor plan with lots of windows and perfect for entertaining or relaxing with friends and family. Amazing downstairs bar with TV and sound system with games for adults and kids! The multiple areas of outdoor living provide stunning views day and night. Kitchen just updated with new cabinets and counters. Expansive breakfast bar provides additional seating for 4 people. Two bedrooms on 1st floor with primary bedroom upstairs complete with private covered deck. Home is perfect for 2 families with 3 queen beds and a set a bunk of beds across the 3 bedrooms. Sleeper sofa located in main living room.

This was a great getaway location! Very close to the beach and had everything you would need for a nice home away from home. It was clean, the kitchen was WELL stocked, and the host was very easy to work with!

The property is absolutely amazing! All of the amenities and the constant communication with me have been a true blessing! I will be returning to the end of the summer again for a family stay! Superb can't even explain the experience!

The place was very cute in the decorations were very modern. The house check-in process was very smooth. We got the email days before. Also, the outdoor section was very nice where you had a separate TV downstairs and multiple chairs to sit. And then upstairs on the balcony, you had another table and extra seating so plenty of space outside of the home inside it was well stocked with cleaning supplies laundry detergent, dryer sheets, cleaning supplies, trash bags, paper towels, nothing that you had to worry about the only thing I recommend is doing a deep clean like on the edges of the house and just cleaning like the fabric on the couches but other than that, I think the we will definitely come back at the location was easy to get to the beach and we overall enjoyed or stay

Well, despite the torrential rain on the way there and the hurricane force winds one night, that caused our power to go out for a while, this was an amazing place to stay lol!! I’ve been to Galveston basically every year since birth, and a lot of the properties are getting really old and rundown. Not this one! It’s not only beautiful, it was very clean, which is high on my list in a place to stay. It was a pleasure doing business with the Combs family and the communication was great. Really enjoyed the different decks to sit out on and enjoy the ocean view. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful, which is very nice also. Can’t wait to stay there again on our next trip to Galveston, highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and clean, stocked with everything you need, and located close to Terramar Beach. 5 stars!

The perfect beach house and neighborhood. It was quiet and close to the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. The view was great and you could hear the ocean from the deck. We only walked to the beach once. If you have a wagon it would be fine, but it would’ve been a lot to carry if not. It is longer than 30 minutes from The Strand so just keep that in mind. We did not visit the pool - we spent all our time at the ocean. Great property!!

The property was well maintained and was close to the beach. The beds we’re comfortable and the house was beautiful. Everyone enjoyed the stay.

Great family vacation

House was very clean and had everything we needed. Location was great. Just a short walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home for a family vacation and if you have small children.

Family Beach Home

Enjoyed staying here! It was clean with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen (cookware, dish-ware). Loved the outdoor bar setting and it was near a great beach entrance. Community pool was nice on days the water was too rough for small kids to play in.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was beautiful and clean. I was happy to see the online picutures were an accurate depiction of the property. I would definitely rent this home again!
