Family Sized Home - 2 Blocks from the Beach and Bay!!!!
Affordable 3Bd/2Ba beach house that is perfect for a romantic getaway or family fun vacation!!
This non-smoking (smoking allowed outside only), pet friendly home offers free WiFi, cable, outside entertainment area with swing and picnic table, fireplace, propane fire pit, outdoor grilling, internet and a fully stocked kitchen with many other amenities.
Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, private bathroom, dresser and television. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, dresser and television. Bedroom 3 is an upstairs loft that has two Queen beds plus one Twin bed making it a perfect kids room away from the main living area and capable of being completely closed off via doors and window shutters leaving the grown ups to enjoy their late night festivities. The living room has a large wrap around sectional sofa with four built in recliners overlooking a 70 inch television. The house can sleep up to 9 persons. There is a washer and dryer in the home along with a second bathroom and outdoor full shower. The kitchen and house has everything you need for a perfect stay.
We provide all linens and bath towels (you will need to bring your beach towels), toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and a fully stocked kitchen including coffee supplies, spices and condiments.
A prominent feature of the house is a very nice downstairs entertainment area with an outdoor shower. The sitting area has a porch swing, sofa and picnic table in which to relax while enjoying the gas fire pit while you barbeque on the propane grill. The yard itself is fully fenced for your four legged family members and has the best grass they will ever have the pleasure of running around on.
The house is walking distance (two blocks) to all community amenities such as a marina, restaurant, kids' playground, tennis courts, store, bait shop, boat ramp, fishing and crabbing pier and of course, the BEACH and bay. The Sea Isle pool is open from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend and during spring break, dependent upon the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, a $100 pass may be purchased at the pool area. The pass covers up to 10 guests for one week.
You and your family and friends will feel right at home. All you need is your bathing suit, beach towels and sunscreen.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RESERVE.

The home had all that we needed for a week at the beach. The bonus for us was vacationing with our pups. Great location with a food mart and restaurant in walking distance. Second stay here and we will be back.

The home was exactly as described and the host was very responsive while we dealt with a power outage for most of the island during our first night. The beds were comfortable and the home was well stocked for all of our needs.

We had a really good time staying at this property. The location is excellent; close to the marina and the beach.The gated yard was very convenient for our fur baby. The owner is very attentive to the needs of the renter.The only suggestion I would give would be to update the kitchen cookware.We would stay here again.Thank you Lee

Great spot for a weekend getaway. Very close to the beach and the marina! Porch was perfect for relaxing and making s’mores by the fire.

The host was extremely accommodating! I asked several questions and he answered right away each time. We had a great time. Was a great place for us to use our boat.And spend time with family!

Everything was exceptionally the only hip-cup we had was that the WIFI didn't work while we were there.

Thanks for staying. You cominicated that the WiFi was out upon your arrival. Then reported back that it was working a few minutes later after resetting the modem. Don’t understand why it is mentioned in this review

The beach house is perfect for bringing your family. Its spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially loved that it was pet friendly. The beds were very comfortable and they even provide bath necessities. Will definitely be staying again.

We had a great stay. The house was very nice, had plenty of room for everyone, and stayed cool the entire time, which was much appreciated after being out in the heat. My son loved being able to fish at the marina and caught several fish during our stay.The only thing we would’ve liked was pool access without the additional 100 fee. We probably would’ve spent some evenings over there if it had been included. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely stay again. Host was very responsive and everything was clean.

Wonderful for families!
Such a great place. Wonderful linens, comfortable beds, Great kitchen and patio for cooking and connecting with family. We would definitely stay there again!

I have enjoyed four homes in Sea Isle over the last thirty years and have many fond memories raising children, visiting with family and making friends here. I enjoy the relaxation of this subdivision's atmosphere and stay practically every weekend to relax and recharge.

Sea Isle by far is the best subdivision on the island due to its community amenities and spirit that fills the air when you visit. I purchased this home because of its open vaulted ceilings and east facing front porch for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the sunrise. The downstairs is open to the prevailing southeast wind and usually has a nice breeze when other locations do not, making it the place we hang out the most. The downstairs bar-b-que area and sitting area with 55" TV is where we spend most of our time eating dinner and enjoying company or watching sports on the big screen.

This home is midway between the beach front and bay. You can actually hear the surf on clear nights. Any place you wish to visit is only three blocks away due to its central location. You can't beat the downstairs entertainment area that is open to the back yard so your pets can also enjoy it with you. The outdoor propane fire pit is a wonderfully relaxing feature anytime of the year; especially spring, fall and winter.
