We had a wonderful stay at Reel Salty. It was perfect setup for a multiple family stay. The house was clean and everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the kayaks and paddle-boards which were a nice bonus. Having a marina close by with restaurant/bar was very convenient. We would definitely book again.

Great place to stay and get away. Easy communication with AJ, quiet neighborhood, perfect location. Would recommend and stay again.

Weekend getaway for west bay fishing

Cute, charming decor. Close to marina, restaurant and beach. Good communication from owner. Would book again.

Would definitely stay again!

Great experience and property was exactly as described You can fish right from the dock during high tide and the private pier was also a great spot to fish from Host was extremely responsive to any questions and made everything as easy as possible

We had an incredible stay at Reel Salty! The house met all of our large group needs. Enjoyed waking up and fishing in the canal off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus and the quiet beach was an easy walk or short drive. We look forward to staying again.

Family Vacation 2023

We loved this home! We visit Galveston several times a year and will definitely stay here again! The location is perfect and we had everything we needed.

Great stay in Galveston

We had a great time at this property. Good location. Fun with the kayaks. Short walk to the beach. Nice house perfect for our group.

Great place for a multi family vacation!

We stayed here with 2 family’s. 4 adults, 6 kids. Plenty of space. They Kayaks and Paddle boards were amazing.

Cute, clean beach house on canal

Nice,clean beach house. Plenty of toys provided like kayak and paddle boards etc! Plenty of store and restaurant options near by. Owners very nice and accommodating!! Had a great weekend

Communication was wonderful!

The house was just as it was listed and the communication was amazing during our stay to help us get a couple of things taken care of that we couldn't do on our own. The neighborhood was really nice and endless things to get into. We can't recommend this place enough, it was amazing!

Beautiful place!

Absolutely loved our stay here!!! The property was clean and beautifully decorated. Tons of amenities to enjoy! We caught all kinds of fish and saw the giant notorious black fish many times…about three feet long! We will definitely stay here again. My son and husband were already planning their next trip before we even left !

The owner was amazing! We got to fish all day and night. Also had access to the pier (less than 4 minutes away).

Quick getaway

We live in Houston and we were looking for a quick getaway to spend time together as a family and do some fishing. It was a great trip and we really enjoyed the location! We were close to the beach, restaurants, store and bait shop! Thank you!

Island dream vacation!

This property was fantastic, such a great location and community around it! We were able to fish/crab and swim right of the back deck. Cruised up to the bait shop, bar and grill in our golf cart! Kids enjoy the park also! The house was in great condition with plenty of space! Defiantly going to stay here again.

Fantastic place - will book again

A really good property. I get rentals in this area often and this is one of the best. Well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I appreciated all the little touches and will be back. Ps if you are looking for a place to work remotely from then this place is perfect. Very fast internet and stable wifi.

2023 Family Vacation

We had our first full family vacation since 2014 and the house was absolutely fantastic!! The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, fishing right of the dock of the house was a plus, and the beach was not too far. The beach was clean and not as busy as other beaches. We will definitely visit again!!

Awesome Family Vacay

House was super clean and ready for 8 of us. We truly appreciated AJs responsiveness and Texas hospItality. The kids loved taking the kayaks in the canal and crab fishing. House was beautiful and freshly remodeled and a short distance to the beach. Definitely will be visiting again.

Thanksgiving 23

The kitchen was wonderful. I actually cooked the perfect Thanksgiving dinner at the house. We had some issues getting the checkin code but once that was resolved we had a great time

Little getaway

Great place to stay for our trip. My crew loves fishing and this location was great. We caught crab and catfish off the deck at the house and all sorts of fish from the pier within the community. Plus the beach is a short trip across the street. There is a marina and restaurant/bar within the community. Everybody loved it!
