This is a second floor unit with a private elevator, open floor plan, and beautiful balconies facing one of them to golf course and lake with morning sunrise and the second one with spectacular sunset views. This is newly renovated and brands newly furnished rooms. A private elevator brings you to the double door entry which opens effortlessly into the foyer and great room area, leading you to oversized lanai and a panoramic view that will take your breath away. This unit is conveniently located next to both the private Vista Pointe community building and outdoor pool and spa, Vineyards Country Club with Sports membership (can use golf course Racquet center,Wellness center and spa,Restaurants and Aquatic Facilities of the Club)Great location with beautiful beaches, shopping centers, restaurants, and downtown Naples.

Vineyards Stay

Beautiful property with all the conveniences for a longer stay. The owner was very helpful and made us feel welcome. The Vineyards development is also lovely and use of the health club was fantastic.

A beautiful Condo

This condo was wonderful. The owner, Rita, really cares about the people she rents to. She is honest, fair, and a delight to get to know. The condo is clean and well-appointed. The location is perfect if you want to be involved with the Vineyards and all it has to offer. We highly recommend this property!!

Fabulous

I spoke w Rita on the phone a few times before our stay. She was so friendly and helpful. The condo was immaculate! Equipped with anything we would need. Beautiful linens, dishes, cookware. She even gave wine and chocolate upon arrival! We had a wonderful stay!!

Wonderful wonderful!

Rita was a gracious hostess, very accommodating, helpful & thoughtful. The condo was spacious, well stocked with basics & very clean. We very much enjoyed the bottle Veuve du Vernay 💜 The location was convenient to beaches & shopping & restaurants. We highly recommend this luxurious location.
