LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our condo has just under gone 100% renovations. Everything is brand new! 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away...
The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops.
Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Maid service available at an extra charge.

Wonderfully located property. A short walk to 3rd street, and easy walk to the beach. The dedicated parking spot was invaluable. Would definitely book again!

Great location

Perfect condo in close proximity to ocean and restaurants/shops. The unit was all redone beautifully inside and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tom and Judy!

Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Tom and Judy are excellent hosts! The condo was decorated beautifully and only one block to the beach! Our kids loved the pool right outside the door and this is the perfect location in close proximity to cute shops and restaurants! Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend for your next beach stay!

Wonderful condo & location

Updated condo, very clean and great amenities. Had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, and a beach cart to haul everything! Worked out perfectly since we flew in and couldn't bring our beach stuff. Judy communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. Will definitely visit again!

Owner was so easy to work with, even with a last minute change in plans. Property is close to everything. Small complex, which is great when traveling with a toddler and going back and forth to the pool/beach. Would definitely stay again.

Super Condo, highly recommended!

Having stayed in many a unit at the Mariner, this one is professionally run and very well put together. Very clean, managed by a very responsive Judy and Tom. If you want the best location, a beautiful pool, allocated parking, Naples pier and shopping all on foot then the Mariner is as good as it gets!

Perfect Location for a girls Weekend

Spent a few days in Naples for a Girls get away and this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated - very clean-comfortable furniture -right outside the door is the pool and a short walk to beach -shopping -restaurants-coffee-etc. They had everything you needed. ( Fully stocked kitchen if you want to eat in, lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs , cooler etc. Even yoga towels !) Lovely neighborhood . Judy was a pleasure to communicate with -we really enjoyed our stay.

Another amazing stay in our little slice of paradise in Naples!

We stayed here for the fourth time, this time bringing our two teenage daughters with us. The condo has everything you could ask for as far as location, beach stuff, towels, etc. just a block walk to the beach, 40 steps to the pool, and a few short blocks walk to restaurants. Drive 10 minutes, and you will be in downtown Naples on 5th street, where the dining and shopping choices are endless. We will be back next year. Thanks again to Tom and Judy for their warm hospitality! This condo has everything you will need for a great vacation!

Great Location

This condo is in the best location in Naples. It is only one block from the beach in a old 60's motel that is now half condos. We enjoyed our stay even though we got run out by Hurricane Irma and had to end the stay way early. Tom was great and refunded the last three weeks very fast. Sorry we could not finish out our month there. We have stayed in Naples a half dozen times in different condos and enjoy the area.Thanks.

Newly updated condo in excellent location

We stayed 10 days at this condo. There were 4 adults staying here for 1/2 the time and just 2 of us the other half. We all absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal- 1 block to the beach and 1 block to 3rd st old Naples shopping and restaurant area. We had coffee on the beach every morning and dinner in town most nights. The condo had just been redone beautifully. Beautiful floors, open new kitchen, comfortable leather sofas, comfortable beds and new nice bathrooms. We had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels cooler and wagon - and in the kitchen. Most importantly, the host was fantastic! Judy was always available and helpful and kind and made checking in and getting situated seamless. We highly recommend. A very easy going vacation!

Perfect location!

So close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful! Couldn’t be a better location. Loved the pool, the fast internet and the fact that this place is not crowded. I could always grab a secluded seat at the pool - no matter what time of day!

Amazing Location

Our stay was perfect! Judy was amazing to work with. The location of this condo is unbelievable. We could walk to and from beach to use bathroom or make lunch. The condo is perfect and came with so many towels and beach things. We can’t wait to come back!

An owner who absolutely loves Naples and own a couple of properties in the area. This is the best one and the location cannot be beat! I totally renovated it opened March 2024 and it is very beachy and fun colors and design inside. I try to imagine anything anyone would need staying there and I put it in!

A nice clean heated beautiful pool right out the front door. We are one of the closest units to the pool so it is really convenient. Run in and out for drinks, bathrooms where most condos have a walk and stairs to go get anything. Lots of lounge chairs and relaxation! Quiet! Off the beaten track yet right in the middle of all the action! Private parking. Laundry room coin operated or an app to load funds. EXTRA cleaning service if you choose. Not included in rental. We supply you with beach chairs, beach wagon, umbrella, cooler, beach towels, very large flat screen tv. TV's in bedrooms, very high speed password protected wifi.
