LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our condo has just under gone 100% renovations. Everything is brand new! 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away...
The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops.
Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Maid service available at an extra charge.

Great location

Perfect condo in close proximity to ocean and restaurants/shops. The unit was all redone beautifully inside and had everything we needed. The host was very quick to answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tom and Judy!

Amazing Location

Our stay was perfect! Judy was amazing to work with. The location of this condo is unbelievable. We could walk to and from beach to use bathroom or make lunch. The condo is perfect and came with so many towels and beach things. We can’t wait to come back!

Naples getaway

Wonderfully located property. A short walk to 3rd street, and easy walk to the beach. The dedicated parking spot was invaluable. Would definitely book again!

Long weekend with family

An amazing stay. So close to everything- Tin City, Naples Beach, 5th Ave. We enjoyed our long weekend! The amenities are awesome in the condo. Thank you for all the beach extras too! Chairs were awesome. We will be back!

Wonderful condo & location

Updated condo, very clean and great amenities. Had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, and a beach cart to haul everything! Worked out perfectly since we flew in and couldn't bring our beach stuff. Judy communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect Beach Get-Away!

Tom and Judy are excellent hosts! The condo was decorated beautifully and only one block to the beach! Our kids loved the pool right outside the door and this is the perfect location in close proximity to cute shops and restaurants! Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommend for your next beach stay!

Newly updated condo in excellent location

We stayed 10 days at this condo. There were 4 adults staying here for 1/2 the time and just 2 of us the other half. We all absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal- 1 block to the beach and 1 block to 3rd st old Naples shopping and restaurant area. We had coffee on the beach every morning and dinner in town most nights. The condo had just been redone beautifully. Beautiful floors, open new kitchen, comfortable leather sofas, comfortable beds and new nice bathrooms. We had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels cooler and wagon - and in the kitchen. Most importantly, the host was fantastic! Judy was always available and helpful and kind and made checking in and getting situated seamless. We highly recommend. A very easy going vacation!

Perfect Location for a girls Weekend

Spent a few days in Naples for a Girls get away and this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated - very clean-comfortable furniture -right outside the door is the pool and a short walk to beach -shopping -restaurants-coffee-etc. They had everything you needed. ( Fully stocked kitchen if you want to eat in, lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs , cooler etc. Even yoga towels !) Lovely neighborhood . Judy was a pleasure to communicate with -we really enjoyed our stay.

Charming Beach Condo

My children and I loved staying in this condo. It is sweet and charming with a location that can't be beat--literally across the street from the beautiful, white-sand beach, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Old Naples. The condo is homey and comfortable and was everything we hoped for. The owner, Judy, was so kind and so accommodating, and worked super hard to make sure our stay was top-notch. Thank you Judy!!!! We can't wait to come back!

A Gem!

This property was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Naples. The hosts were readily available to answer our questions before and during the trip. The beach is truly a short, pleasant walk from the property. We saw lots of dolphins from the pier. On Saturday, we found the Farmer's Market and had some delicious ceviche and salad to enjoy at the property for lunch. We can't wait to return. Thanks Tom and Judy!

So close to the beach!

Very nice condo and decorated so cute! Everything we needed was provided. The pool was directly outside our door and very nice. Only one block from the beach and two blocks from Naples Pier. Close walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

An owner who absolutely loves Naples and own a couple of properties in the area. This is the best one and the location cannot be beat! I totally renovated it opened March 2024 and it is very beachy and fun colors and design inside. I try to imagine anything anyone would need staying there and I put it in!

Off the beaten track yet right in the middle of all the action! Private parking. Laundry room coin operated or an app to load funds. EXTRA cleaning service if you choose. Not included in rental.
