The rear yard and gardens are professionally landscaped and perfect for your afternoon cocktails, morning coffee and just relaxing after a day at the beach.

Primary en-suite is located on this floor, with king bed, french doors that lead to deck and expansive walk in closet, upgraded primary full bath.

Second floor has beautiful wood floors in the open concept TV room with stylish furnishings and 60 inch TV and in-ceiling Sonos sound system. There is a beautiful second primary suite with king bed and en-suite bath.
