The nor’easter notwithstanding, the place was wonderful. My family stayed in the unit next door for a number of years when our kids were little, so coming back after all these years felt a bit like coming home again. The location was just as special as we remembered. We’d love to come back—hopefully next time with a little more cooperation from the weather!

Great home for multigenerational vacation. Right on the ocean with beautiful ocean views. Owner was responsive. Well stocked kitchen. We did get the linen package which was a great addition.

Surfside Plaza 10 We enjoyed our stay very much. Always a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The only drawback this year was the construction going on next door. Although we were made aware ahead of time we did not anticipate there being so much sawing, drilling and hammering at 8am every morning. It was a bit nerve wracking. Aside from that the unit is lovely. And by the way joseph is the best.

We had a great stay. The location is extremely convenient being on the ocean, and we could walk to basically everything in Dewey Beach. The property was very clean and quiet. It was also very easy to take the Trolley into Rehoboth.

You cannot beat the location! Listening to the beach waves from your bedroom balcony is incredible. The place was clean and we appreciated the games

Beautiful property, excellent location with unobstructed views of the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning from the second floor balcony. Easy access to the beach.

Beautiful and serene

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location right on the ocean and easy walk to restaurants. Sleeping to the sound of the ocean is restorative.

Great property on the beach

This property has been beautifully renovated with all new appliances. It has great access to the beach & 2 decks to enjoy the evening ocean breeze! Loved our stay!

Perfect location

The house was the perfect spot for our friends 40th birthday. We loved the views of the beach from the balconies. House layout was great and beds were comfortable.

Ladies weekend get away

Lovely oceanfront condo! Great location and well maintained. Early morning balcony coffee and beach walks were the best.

Beach stay

Great property on the beach. Make sure you read carefully, I would call this a 2 bedroom place. The photos are deceiving.

Most guest read the description as well as look at the pictures. We have the layout of the bedrooms broken down in detail so to not deceive anyone. I strongly encourage you to read descriptions of properties you rent in the future, and not only look at pictures.

Perfect beach getaway

The house was great, we had a wonderful weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The views from both decks were just what we needed for our mini vacation. Definitely will make this place a favorite.

Phenomenal location and views

The location and views here simply can't be beat. 30 seconds to the beach? Yes please. And at night watching the moon light up the ocean and beach and listening to the waves is incredible. The house is everything you need for a good time at the beach and the washer dryer is very convenient. A very solid beach house

End of Season Away Weekend

The beach views really made this rental special! Easy walk to restaurants. Note to others: coffee maker was pod not drip, so we had to go to the coffee shop at the end of the block (which was very nice and had good smoothies)

Beachfront weekend

This property was perfect for 2 couples planning a weekend getaway. It was close to everything, clean, spacious and oceanfront, just what we were looking for. It had beautiful ocean views from king bedroom. It mentioned that it had a screened in porch, which it did not, but didn’t affect our stay.
