This unit comes with 1 assigned parking spot and 1 on-street Dewey parking permit.
No smoking is permitted in or on the property. No pets are permitted in the property. No grilling on the decks at any time. You can grill in the parking lot if you bring a grill.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $213.00.
