Quaint Cabin on the San Juan

Cute house - just what we needed for a Christmas getaway. Perfect location just north of Pagosa - plenty of dog walks and stargazing while listening to the river rush by.

Great little spot...

We had a great time over a long weekend at this house. Right on the river, great outdoor areas/amenities, and all the things we needed to unwind and just "be" with our family.

Amazing place. Close to town and Wolf Creek. Fully stocked. Very comfortable. Backyard and river just stunning. Our group has a great time! Will rent again.

This spot was amazing! Quiet neighborhood with an amazing backyard. Hot tub was clean and working. Another perk of the place is that the kitchen is fully loaded. Definitely where I’ll be staying anytime I visit Pagosa!

Great stay!

We had a great time! There was confusion about early check in so i couldn't get in the house, but that was quickly resolved. The place was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking!

Great house, not too far from town, with a great covered back porch, hot tub, and place to sit along the river (and steps to wade in, should you so desire). Feels very private and out in the country, though you do have neighbors....but it doesn't feel like it. House is well put together- inviting and comfortable. The dark sky from the hot tub was a highlight of our trip. Oh, yeah- and make sure you fill the hummingbird feeder- watching 10-15 birds visit ALL DAY LONG will keep you very entertained! Enjoyed it!

Enjoyed our stay

We had a very good experience. The house is located on the banks of the San Juan River and it was fun for the children to have access to the river - or to sit out by river and watch wildlife and listen to the river. The house was very clean and just what we needed for 4 adults and two children. The kitchen was well supplied with all we needed to cook or serve food. It was nice to have an air conditioner in the late afternoons when the outside temperature got into the mid to high 80s for a couple of days. Leo, the general property manager, was very responsive and helpful.

Great cabin! Great stay!

We loved staying here! Such a cozy cabin by a beautiful stream! The cabin was decked out “mountain style” with so many helpful aspects for our stay…kitchen was fully stocked for any meal we cooked, kcups were stocked with cream and sugars, plenty of seating with blankets and a cozy gas fireplace! We have a family of 5, and so often seating in the living room is limited when we stay places. The deck is huge! It was too cold to actually use it, but we would love to come back and try it in the summer. Hot tub under a starry sky was amazing! And the managing company was prompt to reply to any questions we asked. We will be back!
