First time here for our family vacation and would definitely go again! Family had the best time. Clean and lots of space to enjoy our time. Game room was a great hit with everyone. Something for everyone to do. Lots of room for family dinners. We just loved it!!

Beautiful home with a nice view. A little hiccup on check in, the door code we were given was incorrect. However, the host was very responsive. It was a good size for the large group we had. The main floor is very echoey, but thats to he expected with the tall ceilings. I only rated it a 4 in cleanliness due to there being spider webs everywhere on the deck, doors, furniture…etc. overall this house suited our needs very well.

We had a wonderful stay at this Oneida Lake house. The property was clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. The lake views were beautiful, especially in the morning and at sunset, and we really enjoyed spending time outside by the water.The house itself was well stocked and thoughtfully maintained, with plenty of space to relax after a day exploring the area. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout our stay.This was a great spot for both adults and kids, with a peaceful atmosphere and a very well equipped game room! We especially appreciated how dog friendly the property was. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Oneida Lake vacation.

This is a beautiful home. The host is terrific . There is plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. The house is we equipped and nicely furnished, capable of housing a large group. The game room in the lower lever is exceptional.

Spacious house accommodated our large group with room to spare. Children enjoyed the toys and coloring books that were provided and the room to race toy cars across the wood floor. It was a short weekend visit but we visited nearby Rosamond Gifford Zoo, played miniature golf, and found a fun playground nearby. We spent a very memorable time together!

Fantastic location and home!

Beautiful spacious home with a fantastic view of Lake Oneida. Nice furniture throughout the common spaces and bedrooms. The game room is awesome! Kids and adults alike spent time playing together. The direct access to the lake was great for the kids to swim. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, great dishes! Highly recommend this home for a larger family or group of friends.

This Cicero property is an absolute 10/10. What you see online is exactly what you get—no misleading angles or surprises.The house is expansive and built for a group, with plenty of comfortable beds, numerous bathrooms, and an open-concept kitchen featuring a huge island that became the natural gathering spot for our family meals. The view out the back window is simply unreal.A few standout highlights from our stay:Basement Game Room: Next level. Having great entertainment right downstairs—especially the pinball machine—was a huge hit.Thoughtful Details & Cleanliness: The refrigerator was spotless, there was an abundance of fresh towels, and the AC handled the summer heat effortlessly. Small touches, like previous guests leaving extra laundry pods, added a great community feel.Communication: Flawless. The property manager was quick to reply, professional, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to checkout.If this location fits your travel plans, do not hesitate to book it. We’d return in a heartbeat.

The house is great - very clean with many things for kids to do. There is a small gas grill that was not mentioned in the listing and deck love seat, 2 chairs and small table. There is no dining table on the deck, but lots of seating inside for sit down dinners. Lots of space indoors and out for our extended family. The lake is beautiful. It's possible to swim but there is a beach nearby with more accessible swimming for young kids. There is a dock for fishing and the kids enjoyed that. There are many activities nearby and in Syracuse. The only drawback to our entire stay was that there were not enough utensils in the kitchen for the number of people the house holds. Aside from that, I certainly would recommend this property for any large group. You will not be disappointed!

The layout of the house was perfect for our mixed family. 3 very usable levels. The kitchen / living room area was ideal for a gathering space. A beautiful space. Communications with the host and caretaker were always prompt. Everything was in good working order. The yard was level and wonderful for games etc. The following is not a deal breaker by any means, however fair to mention the windows need cleaning inside and out. The main deck could use a power wash. And the deck outside the master needs that and painting too. An area to consider for improved flow would be to have stairs from the deck to the lawn or steps down from the dog pen to the back lawn. A fire pit would also be a nice addition. Overall a thumbs up.

The lake scenery was spectacular and it was easy for the 7 of us to get lost in the house. It was so spacious and very well equipped. I stayed in the bedroom on the main floor. My daughters in their 50’s and family each took one of the other two floors. The porch overlooking the lake had comfortable seating and the sunset was very pretty. I took pictures of the most comfortable (adjustable head/foot) mattress I have EVER slept on in the master bedroom so that I can purchase one when I get home. We had a spectacular family visit in this beautiful home!

Lake House

Our stay at the Lake House was terrific! The house is clean, big, right on the lake, and has many games for fun either indoors or outside. The mattresses and bedding are comfortable and there are plenty of towels and kitchen items. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner & hair drier and iron if you need one. Otherwise, they've thought of everything! There are many things available for your use. We appreciated our time at the Lake House! It's a definite recommend. We would stay again!

5 Stars ---- A Gorgeous Stay Next to Oneida Lake !

'We the Williams family , had the most wonderful getaway in this beautiful Cicero home. The place was absolutely gorgeous--spacious , impeccably kept, and even more inviting than the photos suggested. With five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and enough space for twelve, everyone had room to relax and unwind comfortably. The multi-level layout is thoughtfully designed, and the game room on the lower level quickly became a favorite hangout spot. The kitchen was a highlight, well-appointed and even featuring an espresso machine to fuel our mornings. Every bedroom was charming, clean, and came fully stocked with linens and towels. Outside, the generous parking and pretty yard made arriving and lingering on the deck a pleasure. Plus, being just steps away from serene Oneida Lake made the location truly unbeatable for sunrises, lakeside walks, or simply peaceful moments. We were especially grateful the communication we had ; the sense of humor that we had with each other. You made me and my family welcome . Thank you for being a wonderful host and allowing us to check-in early .This place felt like a home away from home. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat--and highly recommend it for families or groups seeking a stylish , peaceful retreat !"----The Williams Family
