Very well-stocked, spacious cottage perfect for large groups (we were a group of 9 adults).Our host Atti was very responsive and attentive -- we had a small issue with the oven and a technician was quickly on-site to help resolve the issue.Amenities are amazing -- spacious hot tub, nice dry sauna, and fantastic view of Lake Simcoe.

We had a wonderful family stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage! The peaceful setting, stunning lake views, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect getaway.The spacious multi-level deck was our favourite spot, especially for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The hot tub overlooking the lake was a highlight, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation. We also loved fishing from the private dock and kayaking on the lake.The cottage was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience. We only wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Very nice cottage in a great location, neighbours were really friendly. Nice interior with plenty of space for 10 people, oven unfortunately wasn't working or we didn't use it right. If you want to use the fire pit you need to get a permit online beforehand so ask the host about it if you plan to use it. Nice facilities overall and nice outdoor space along with the BBQ.

We had a wonderful stay here with four people. The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and offered plenty of space for everyone. The stunning lake views were especially beautiful in the evening, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sauna while taking in the scenery. The spacious deck with string lights, outdoor seating, and fire pit made perfect spots to hang out together, and the BBQ area was a nice bonus.Everything was thoughtfully prepared upon our arrival, including sufficient dining ware and cooking ware for our group. The location felt quiet and peaceful, with lovely landscaped grounds and easy access to the water. We only stayed one night, but we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return!

A heads up to bring crocs or water shoes would be nice to know! LR tv is very small… need much bigger tv. Great setting/views on the lake and good value for your money. Overall very good

The property is exactly as advertised. The view is stunning! The rooms are all clean. Everything works and the property is well kept! We look forward to renting again next year for longer!!

Great Sunsets and Lake Views!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The lake views are outstanding, and the sunsets are truly special — soft colours spreading across the water each evening made for unforgettable moments.The outdoor spaces are a real highlight. The spacious deck with comfortable seating and string lights is perfect for relaxing while taking in the scenery. The hot tub, with its coloured lights, was especially enjoyable at dusk as the sun set over the lake. The sauna and firepit added even more ways to unwind outdoors.The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner is very kind and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. The setting feels peaceful and private, with the water always in view. We would happily recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway with great outdoor amenities.

Great spot, beautiful view and a really nice location. Tons of space inside and outside. Close to amenities, golf, shopping, etc. Stunning look at Lake Simcoe on a spacious covered back deck. Would recommend!

I stayed here with my family for a few days. The water front view and bedrooms were as listed. Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the spider infestation around the house and overall cleanliness. It is also worth mentioning that there is a train very close to the house through the night. The stay was okay.

Had a lovely visit at the cottage. We had a mini family reunion and had lots of space to do it. It was so nice to be so close to the lake, we spent lots of time swimming. Quiet neighbourhood, nice locals. The Independent store had everything we needed grocery wise. Thank you to our hots who were great with communicating. Spiders, lots of outdoor spiders lol

Overall, it was a good stay. Beautiful property with lakefront access. Hot tub was not in good shape. Rooms were clean, but there were spiders in every room. Late sharing of the check-in code was a little stressful as we weren’t sure what was going on.

The stay was lovely our group had an amazing time. The property was beautiful and clean and right on the water. The amenities were great as well we especially enjoyed using the hottub and watching the sun set over the lake.

Wonderful waterfront cottage – spotlessly clean with amazing fire pit & hot tub!We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lakeside cottage. Everything was very clean – the entire property felt fresh, well-maintained, and ready for guests the moment we arrived.The outdoor spaces are the real highlight. The elevated wooden decks and stairs give you fantastic views of the water, and the long dock is perfect for swimming, launching a kayak, or just sitting with your feet in the clear water. The rocky shoreline and natural stone walls add so much character.Our favourite evenings were spent around the fire pit. It’s set up with colourful Adirondack chairs, a wooden privacy fence, and string lights – all overlooking the lake. Perfect for roasting marshmallows while watching boats go by. The hot tub was an absolute treat after a day on the water – relaxing under the trees with the lake right there was pure bliss.The whole property feels private and peaceful, surrounded by mature trees, yet everything is thoughtfully laid out and easy to access. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and truly scenic cottage getaway!

Great Sunrise & Sunset Views on the Lake!!!We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront cottage. The location is peaceful and private, with outstanding views of the lake. Watching both the sunrise and sunset from the property was a real highlight — the colours over the water each morning and evening were simply stunning.The outdoor spaces are excellent. The spacious deck with comfortable seating and string lights is perfect for relaxing while taking in the scenery. The hot tub, with its soft coloured lights, was especially enjoyable at dusk as the sun set over the lake. The sauna and firepit added even more ways to unwind outdoors.We also appreciated the shoreline access. The rocky shoreline and wooden structure leading down to the water made it easy to enjoy the lake up close. The whole setting feels calm and private, with mature trees and well-kept grounds adding to the peaceful atmosphere.The cottage itself is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner is very kind, which made the entire experience even better.We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing lakefront getaway with beautiful views, great outdoor amenities, and a quiet setting. this is a lovely spot which would be spectacular with some TLC...it really needs some updating, some thorough cleaning, some trimming of shrubs etc and some kitchen organization.The front deck is wonderful and we enjoyed much time there. The home was easy to find and easy to access. Just needs some upgrading and TLC to make it a truly great VRBO!
