The home is extraordinary, down to the last detail. We enjoyed many day trips along the CT coast, which were all convenient from the house. But when we wanted to relax, the view from the deck was breathtaking. I promise you will want to stay here!!!!

Amazing spot, truly it was so comfortable and clean. Do not miss. View from the porch was incredible. Hosts stay on site and are available if you need anything. The home is huge and perfect for a medium size group who likes space.

Beautiful home, so much space. Kitchen was wonderful and had anything you needed to serve a meal. Wonderful covered deck out back, overlooking golf course to the Thames river. Owners very responsive. Will go back.

This house on Groton Point was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. I rented the house for a reunion of six friends, who met in college over sixty years ago. We had plenty of space to be together or to find some time alone, if needed. Every room was immaculate, and the kitchen and bathrooms were well-supplied/equipped with anything we might need. We enjoyed exploring the Groton/Mystic area or just sitting on the beautiful patio, watching the golfers or gazing at the amazing views.Our host was very cordial, accommodating, and helpful throughout the whole experience. (Thank you, Colleen!) I would highly recommend this rental home for anyone visiting this area. You won't regret it.

Home more than exceeded our expectations! There were plenty of different areas for conversation, kitchen was more than well stocked for cooking meals and the place was spotless! View from the back of the house was wonderful, overlooking the golf course and water.

The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays! After a snowstorm, the walkways and driveway were shoveled and plowed first thing in the morning. It was a wonderful place to be with family for the holidays.

This home is stunning and we had a wonderful stay! We came for an event at the Coast Guard Academy which was about 15 minutes away. The home was very well stocked and it was quiet and relaxing. The owners are very accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Absolutely beautiful stay!The house is stunning and fully equipped with everything we needed. We loved cooking in the kitchen and spent most of our time on the gorgeous covered deck, soaking in the views of the water and the golf course. The AC worked perfectly to keep us cool in the heat, and Colleen was an incredibly accommodating and helpful host. The location is also fantastic—highly recommend it for easy day trips to Mystic and Groton!Note for future guests: If you are arriving in a low-clearance car (like our Toyota Corolla), we highly recommend using the secondary, shared driveway entrance. The main entrance can scuff lower-riding vehicles (though our SUV had zero issues). This is just a minor quirk of the terrain and didn't impact our 5-star experience at all, but it's a helpful trick to know!

Amazing stay

We were 11 family members staying for 5 days. The hosts were so accommodating and gracious. The home is gorgeous and exceptionally appointed it had everything we needed and then some. We would 100% stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

What a beautiful home! The house was decorated for Christmas and as we opened the door there was Christmas music playing. It was like a Hallmark Christmas movie!

We very much enjoyed our weekend in Groton. The host reached out to let us know the instructions to access the house. When we arrived everything was well lit and easy to access. The host left a book with pertinent information and restaurant recommendations. The house had everything we needed to cook clean and have a comfortable stay. We strongly recommend this beautiful property.

Lovely inside and out. Especially enjoyed the porch. Ate meals outside and also just sitting and counting the ferries going up and down the Thames River. Enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. A peaceful location with easy access to Mystic.

Better than we imagined....

The owners of the property are such lovely people. They are so kind and made our stay very welcoming. The house is amazing. The location is beautiful. We can walk to the water and the sunrises and sunsets made for such a peaceful ambience. We would definitely stay there again.

THE BEST

This home had to have been the best rental I have ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed. The house offered amazing fews of the water and golf course. The porch was so comfortable to sit at in the morning and then in the evening when the sun set. We had a wonderful time. Hope to return in the future.

Quick Family Weekend

We loved this house! We were in town for a wedding, so we didn't spend as much time as we would have liked! The roooms were large and sunny, the views are incredible and the porch/deck overlooking the water and golfcourse was large and roomy! This is an ideal location for a group!
