This is a large house, only a short distance from Ocean Beach Park and it comes with two beach passes, chairs, and umbrellas which saves a substantial amount of money for guests visiting the beach.Some of the downstairs mattresses were foam so best for kids. The owner is extremely responsive, with good communication. We had some issues with cat hair on the couch upon arrival and he immediately arranged a cleaning crew to come over to remedy it as well as some thermostat AC control issues which he was able to manage.A group can have a good, fun beach vacation staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were great and the house binder was very helpful. The beach and restaurants are all nearby. We would recommend this property and hope to stay again in the future.

Our stay was great!!! Lots of room, clean, had everything we needed, nice neighborhood, great beach, good parking. We enjoyed walking around in the morning and hanging out on the deck. Thanks for sharing your home with us! Would definitely recommend!

Family beach home

Great house for a family beach stay. Just a 5 minute drive to the beach. Included 2 pack n plays and a toddler seat for the dining table.

Wonderful Stay

Jose and Stefanie were great hosts. When we had an issue arise they were quick to fix it. The communication was great and the location of the property was perfect being so close to the beach.

Great house

We had a great stay in New London. The house was nice and in a good location. The school playground down the block was perfect for the kids when we wanted to get them out of the house for a few minutes.

New London Vacation

The beds were very comfortable! Towels, sheets, soaps were all included. The property manager was more than happy to help us out when needed.

Great experience

Very roomy house that can comfortably accommodate a big crew. Location was convenient to the USCGA. Best part was the host who was extremely responsive and helpful.

Family Vacation

Everything was wonderful love how close we were to everything especially the beach,Mystic and Mohegan Sun. House big enough for everyone we had 11 people 5 being children and house was perfect. Owner was always in contact with us. Highly recommend staying here.

Lovely property/Great Location

This property is just lovely. It served well our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room and great accomodations. The location is wonderful. Very short drive to Ocean Beach and Harkness State Park which, is not to be missed. Many thanks to our host(s) who was/were very responsive if we needed anything.

Wedding weekend fun

The house was great! Perfect amount of space and bathrooms to host my family for my daughter’s wedding. Adorable house with very comfortable beds. There was everything we needed for a beach weekend of fun.

Had a wonderful vacation. Very nice house. TV on deck was wonderful, be sure to cover it in case of rain!! Had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in shower!!!! Plenty of TP and Paper towels! Lot of amenities we havent seen before A Beach passes were a hugh plus, thank you!

Stayed here with a couple buddies while attending a reunion. We each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Absolutely fantastic.

Sisters' weekend!

A wonderful weekend celebrating our first sisters' weekend since before the pandemic. House was inviting, comfortable, fully stocked and the perfect location for us! It had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We want to make this an annual event!
