This is a two-story house with a flex space located on the 2nd level. It’s a beautiful 25 year old home away from home.
BEDROOMS: 4 bedrooms, including the primary bedroom, 3 other bedrooms + flex space with pullout sleeper
KITCHEN: Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishware + flatware, cooking basics, garbage disposal, ice maker, complimentary spices, limited trash bags + paper towels, and bar seating.
BACKYARD : An adorable backyard with a swing hanging from the tree. A grill to make the Texas-style bar-be-que and patio chairs to relax in a shaded backyard.
LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer and laundry detergent.
INTERNET: Speedy fast internet
CAMERA's: Your safety matters! We have a Nest Doorbell camera on the front door and a Nest Outdoor camera looking over the backyard. The cameras are outward-facing and do not look into interior spaces. ************************************************. HOUSE RULES:
Guests are expected to read & honor House Rules. Failure to comply will result in additional charges, penalties, or even eviction.
1) PARTIES - ABSOLUTELY no parties or Large Gatherings of any kind are allowed in the home, or you will be subject to immediate eviction. And absolutely NO unaccompanied minors.
2) SMOKING – Absolutely NO smoking is allowed inside the home.
3) MAX OCCUPANCY – The maximum occupancy of this home is 10 people which includes adults and children. Only the Occupant and number of guests confirmed during the booking period are allowed on the property. Please do not allow unauthorized persons to enter the property.
4) NOISE ORDINANCE – The city noise ordinance is 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of our neighbors, with no loud noise or loud talking outdoors after 10 pm. Please keep outdoor activities and play contained in the backyard and avoid loud noise in the front of the home. Please DO NOT congregate in the front yard, as this may disturb the neighbors
5) PARKING - We do not allow access to the garage, we have a drive way and there is plenty of street parking available. Unless by request
6) NO PETS – To ensure an allergy-free environment for all our guests, we do not allow pets on the property. We will charge a $500 Pet Cleaning Fee for any pets brought onto the property.
7) FURNITURE: Guests should not move the furniture.
8) CAMERAS: Guests should not touch, cover, or disable the exterior cameras (2 total) on the property. They are installed for everyone's safety. Due to privacy reasons they are not accessible to guests
9) PERSONAL PROPERTY AND INJURY – This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, illness, or death that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. Please lock the doors when you leave the house. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Please monitor all activities of minors in the home. Please ensure children do not jump on the beds, climb on furniture or on house structures, etc. The tenant agrees to hold owners/managers harmless and have no liability for any damages resulting in injury, death or illness associated while on the premises/property.
10)LAUNDRY – You are welcome to use the washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent for your convenience. Please do not put shoes, toys, dirt, sand, or anything harmful into the washer. Please only use the washer + dryer for clothes only.
11) EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT - We do not guarantee early check-in or late check-out. We often have guests departing and arriving on the same day. If the home is available for an early check-in or a late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate the request. This accommodation would be subject to additional fees, as this requires an adjustment in our booking and cleaning schedules.
12) CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES: All check-out procedures must be followed. Failure to follow will result in additional charges and penalties. Check out time is 11am.
13) HOME MAINTENANCE: The house is 25 years old and renovated, however, from time to time there are maintenance needs. Guests can expect a response within 48 hours for needs and entry into the home during a guests stay with coordination
14) SUPPLIES - supplies such as dish soap, shampoo, etc are available in reasonable quantities for guests.
15) RESPONSE TIMES: have a need or questions? We will get back to you no later than 24-48 hours to ensure your stay is enjoyable
