Beautiful beach view from the large balcony. Living area was very large but living room furniture was quite uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The kitchen has recently been renovated and is very nice! Mattress in main bedroom was comfortable. Ongoing work on the building resulted in pool closure until 4pm and jack-hammering beginning at 8am. Hopefully this work will be completed soon!!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Condo was great for a beach view getaway. Lot of unannounced construction going on with balconies . Did not expect the drilling jack hammering at 8 am. But I understand progress. Was refunded a couple nights for the inconvenience. That was good.Pool was fantastic . Beach access so easy. For the rate it was a great over all stay if no construction was going on .A few easy upgrades could be tended to, but overall a good place to get away.
