Amazing Place!

Our family vacation had 7 this year and this was a fantastic place! So clean and having a golf cart included was amazing! It was so helpful to have all the extras of dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry soap etc! Thanks Salty Waves!!

I can’t say enough about this wonderful Vrbo. The hosts were extremely accommodating. We asked to drop our stuff off in the yard around 9am and they was getting allowed us an early check in. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they had a maintenance man out to us within an hour. The home is beautiful and comes with everything you could need! The backyard is great to hang out and relax! Thanks for helping make our vacation fun and comfortable.

Great Place to Stay!

It was close to everything and easily walkable to the beach or you can take the golf cart. The house is clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is decorated very cute. The owner was great and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend this property.

Beautiful property with everything you need for a beach vacation. Neighborhood is a beach town and it was nice to be in a gated community that was close to everything. House was spotless and equipped with cleaning supplies to use during your stay in both levels of the house. We brought our dog and the fenced in yard was great for outdoor family time. Putt putt was a hit! No need to bring extra umbrella’s or beach chairs the property management company replaces them quickly if any break during your stay. One of the best management companies we have had the pleasure of staying with. Definitely would stay again in this house or any house management by Frangista Beach Properties.

Best Vacation Rental!! A+

It was decorated beautifully, beds were so comfortable and was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. We have been coming to the Destin area for over 20 years and this was by far the best stay. It’s located so close to everything including the beach! We will definitely be renting from Frangista next year!

2 sisters family vacation

The manager gave us excellent customer service. It was so nice to have the golf carts and bicycles but it was within walking distance to the beach plus shopping etc. I would recommend people to go with Frangista Rentals.

Overall the vacation stay was fantastic!! How was quite comfy and clean. We had everything we needed to cook and clean.My only suggestion was to add a garage fridge if you are having that many guests.
