The property was beautiful. It is a great location. Even though there is currently construction going on it did not interfere with our stay at all. I will definitely consider this property in the future.

The rental was as described. Very clean and you can’t beat the views! The primary shower doesn’t drain very well so that needs to be addressed. Other than that this is the perfect location to relax.

10 out of 10. Very comfortable beds, clean, easy access to beach, beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent communication from host/ owner. Best stay by far in the past several years we have been vacationing in Mrytle !

We had a wonderful month here, This was the nicest condo. It is beautiful. Everything was so nice and new including the linens and towels . The Vrbo staff was the best. Every question or need was handled quickly and professionally. And the view was awesome! The sunrises were the most beautiful!We will be back!!

A fun stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The decor was super cute. Loved how easy the walk was to the beach and the overall layout of the condo. Check in was easy - we got texts and emails of how to get in, etc…. It was also very easy to communicate via text with the management. They were always quick to respond with any questions we had. The only issue was that the condo wasn’t as clean as we would have preferred (floors weren’t swept/cleaned well, toilets needed to be wiped down). We let management know and they sent someone to clean the next day and it was much better. They also helped when the parking permit was misplaced. Overall, we made wonderful memories!

The condo was very clean. I brought extra blankets as I did not know if they were provided and they were which was great! Exterior construction is happening but no one had to enter our room which was great. The noise is pretty loud so if you're staying there, please be prepared. Communication from the property manager was hit or miss. We were advised where the pool and workout room is located but when I asked if we had access to beach chairs and umbrellas the response wasn't clear. There's a magnet on the refrigerator stating that beach chairs and umbrellas are available and where. When I could not find them, I asked the property manager to confirm where I could find them. I didn't receive a clear message in return. It's as if they had no idea what I was talking about. The pool/elevator to the workout room is inaccurate as well per the magnet on the refrigerator. The ice machine in the freezer could use maintenance. The arm stayed up and had to be monitored in order to make ice. The patio doors were so heavy that at times were difficult to open and shut. Those could probably use some maintenance as well. I would've addressed these to the property manager but when I asked about the beach chairs and umbrellas with no response, I didn't bother. The condo was beautiful but communication from the property manager can use a lot of work.

Horrible New Management !

This property had just been purchased and was being managed by a new management company. When we arrived. Their communication was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Getting into the property was horrible. They didn’t have any information to offer or knew what was going on as far as how to get in keys for parking or passes or pools not even being open then continue to blame the management company for the HOA for why they didn’t know if the pool could be used And said that they were frustrated and basically projected their frustration away from ours, and that took accountability for the fact that they were managing the property. Also, the description in the listing was not accurate. It was not a pull out sofa just FYI, the communication from the very beginning of booking this property which was two months before the arrival was horrible. Even now when I reached out to ask something there are no responses. This is a nice condo but good luck if you need to ask anything or have any issues with anything!

The condo was beautiful and the view was amazing!! You will only have one parking space. I read the message and called about the parking. I was told there was 2 parking passes. There was 2 in the room. But the other car almost got towed. So plan to park elsewhere.
