There are two parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddy pool, balcony, beach access and building elevator. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

Excellent place to stay. The location was great, the beach was not too crowded and the walk from the building to the beach was convenient and easy.We'd definitely stay again and would absolutely recommend it.

Loved this place. Best shower water pressure of any beach stay ever! Easy access to beach with no steps. Loved the air fryer that was included in the kitchen.

The condo was super cute and very clean. We loved how close it was to the beach being able to wake up and watch the sunrise. Having access to the pool was great we got plenty of use at both. The whole facility was well kept. We also appreciated the condo was pretty well stocked with essentials like coffee maker, cups, pots, pans, utensils. We really enjoyed our stay.

Would stay again! Clean with a great location. My only very minor complaint is the beds are a bit hard. But, I was not there to be in bed, I was there to be on the beach.

Comfy Cozy

This was our second time at Water Pointe ll and it was great. It's so nice to have a relaxing place to call home while you're on vacation. It has all the amenities we look for in a place and has great pools and a hot tub. The view is amazing and it's right on the beach. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Myrtle Beach.

From the ease of booking and checking in/out to the cleanliness of the property and the immaculate room, our stay was exceptional. As close to perfect as we have seen in the 30 years coming to the Grand Strand. I can't list everything... the view, the bed, the shower... all perfect. The highest rating, 5, thank you for our anniversary vacation.

This property was perfect for our trip!! 2 small children and my parents came with us. The kids room was amazing with bunk beds and a tv that had access to all the kids shows. Everything was clean and ready to go. The pools were a hit with us and the kids. We thought bad weather might happen but didn’t, still being able to come back from the beach to such nice pools was amazing. Very happy, great interaction with the owners, we didn’t need any extra interaction because everything was set up perfectly. We will probably look at this place for an even larger family group and more rooms. Thank you for the great stay.
