* 4 guests max (no extra guests/visitors allowed)

* Frog Town is a Cozy cabin located on the north shore of the beautiful, historic, Caddo Lake.

* We are your owners, Steven and Brandi, and we live directly across the street where you will have access to our pier, kayaks and canoe.

* Not lake front, but you do have water access!

* There is a flight of stairs to our camp. We don't ever want anyone to be surprised by them when they arrive.

* Pets welcome (Our pup, Larry, lives right next door and loves meting all the new pups!)

* 3 kayaks and 1 canoe available to guests
* Life jackets & paddles provided
* Boat stall w/electricity provided if requested
* Boat ramp just outside of neighborhood - $5 launch fee
* Fire pit
* Wifi & smart tv's in each room
* Extra linens & towels
* Full laundry room w/washer/dryer & hanging racks
* Full kitchen furnished with essentials.

**Owners live directly across the street where you will have boat dock access with kayaks and canoe!

Our camp is an ideal location for bass fishermen/fisherwomen to access excellent locations and for sightseers alike, to take in and explore the different areas of Caddo Lake.

By water, we are about 6 miles from Uncertain. By land, Jefferson, TX is 25 miles away, Vivian, LA is 16 miles, Shreveport, LA is 45 miles, Marshall, TX is 45 miles and Atlanta, TX is 35 miles. Caddo Lake State Parker is 23 miles away by road.

NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED AT THE PROPERTY. MAXIMUM OF 4 GUESTS DAY OR NIGHT.

Steven,Brandi and Larry were by for the best host we've ever had at a VRBO. Frogtown is such a great get away. Both my adults sons are chefs and we're so impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked. We spent the evenings enjoying the deck and we highly recommend getting Steven to take you for a boat tour. His knowledge of the lake and local area was impressive. Lake Caddo is a majestic place and when we get a chance to go back we will definitely stay at Frogtown. Thanks Brandi and Steven for making our stay so special.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brandi and Steven were amazing hosts. Attentive, kind, above and beyond in their hospitality. The space was perfect. Cute, clean, cozy, great location. Our favorite things were the outdoor spaces- the large deck/patio on the property and the deck and boathouse across the street on their own property that we had access to. Beautiful and peaceful and felt very safe the whole time! We are considering coming back in the fall we enjoyed it so much!

We had a great time! Super cute and comfy little house on the lake. Hosts were AMAZING and so helpful with everything. Absolutely loved all the personal touches the hosts have in the home. And Larry was such a joy :)

Wonderful hosts, very clean and oh so pretty! The view on the pier of Caddo lake is stunning, it was quiet, away from civilization and the perfect get away! Highly recommend for all families, with kids and pets!

We absolutly loved our stay at Frog Town! I brought my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday and we couldn't have been more happy with the experience. Brandi and Steven are very nice and accomodating. The house was really clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We were sad to leave at the end of our trip!! 10/10 would highly recommend this property and we cannot wait to go back! Thank you Brandi and Steven for taking care of us!

Beautiful scenery! Love the little details of the home!

Brandi is so wonderful and the Parker’s put so much attentiveness into the home. We spent most of our time on the dock, lake or porch and enjoyed every minute of it! We can’t wait to go back to visit.

Best place to stay for a great time and enjoy yourself they’re the best host ever and will make sure you have everything and know everything about your stay. We will be going back we had the time of our lives. I really recommend this place for a wonderful vacation. Wonderful trip in a beautiful area

We loved this trip so much! It was a nicely stocked cabin set in the trees. It included wonderful hosts, beautiful area, great wifi, and was located near the super fun town of Jefferson! It felt like we were staying in a tree house. Great place!- we'd love to go back!

Secluded Getaway

The house was exactly as described. Exceptionally clean, spacious with just the right amount of cozy. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Was a very quiet and relaxing getaway, we hated leaving.

Beautiful Cabin with the BEST hospitality!

Brandi was a wonderful host! The cabin was so cute with so many cute extra touches. Her communication is on point and Brandi was so willing to go above and beyond to help us have the best stay. We definitely plan on returning!!!

Brandi and Stephen were great! The cute little house was clean and had everything we nedded and more. They left us a sweet little gift. The house is pretty far from most everything, but definitely not too far to grab a few things from the The store.

Great place. Owners were extremely helpful and available to us at any point. Was a great weekend get away for my wife and I at the lake.

Wonderful place!

We were very impressed with this property. The hosts were friendly and thought of everything. We loved to sit on their dock and enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. We plan on going back!

My family had the best time at Frog Town. Brandi and Stephen make you feel right at home and the location is so peaceful. If we ever need to get away again, this is the place to go.

Peaceful Getaway

I'm your host, Brandi! My husband, Steven, has been coming to Caddo Lake his entire life! We knew once we married that we wanted to make our home on Caddo! We purchased this camp house in March of 2000 and we can't wait to share it with you! Steven retired in May of 2025 after 30 years of teaching/coaching and is loving retirement! I am the Business Manager at a rural school district 30 miles from Caddo and I love what I do! We have 2 boys, Casey and Carsen & 2 grandboys, Caddo and Tru who we adore!
