The main bedroom offers a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a queen bed, the third offers a bunk bed with a twin over a full and the fourth offers a queen size bed with private full bath. Amenities include central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless appliances and Corian counter tops in the kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile floors, TV in 4 bedrooms plus a TV in the living room. Relax on one of the 2 private balconies. There is one assigned parking spot directly out front and a large garage for a second car with plenty of room for bicycles or beach items. Less than a 5 minute drive to the Ocean City shopping outlets, You're close to beach, food and fun!

Great Friends Weekend

We enjoyed our stay and Joe was extremely helpful. The location was perfect to access local restaurants and about a mile walk from the inlet parking area where we spent most of our time. The open floor plan on the living room area was perfect for our large group to relax and fellowship together for meals.

exactly what we needed

Great location a few blocks off of boardwalk. Was exactly what we needed for a long weekend stay for three couples. Owner was incredibly quick to provide house instructions on day of check-in as well as answer questions throughout the weekend.

My family and I stayed on this property a few weeks ago and it was perfect! House was very clean and is in a great location. Easy communication with the property owner. We are planning to return next year!

Great location

Short walk to the beach, very nice condo. Wasn't cleaned well prior to our arrival and there was some communication issues with the check in, but the location was great and we had an excellent time

Town home close to beach

The town home is at a great location to the beach and the bay. Had 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for the family. It's our second time staying here and would consider it for future trips to OCMD. We did have a few hiccups, but addressed with owner.

Ocean City

We had stayed in a similar unit near this property and we were happy to be able to book this one this year. It had the space and comfort that we needed for our family of nine. The unit is nice and very spacious. It’s also very close to where we like to set up on the beach, making walking there very convenient. There is a CVS just down the street which is very convenient when we just needed to run out and get some thing quickly. Plenty of places to eat right nearby as well. Definitely would stay there again

Great property

Overall the property was great! Check in was easy and it was a really good space for my family. Lots of room in the common areas to all be together without feeling cramped. Location cannot be beat. Just far enough away from the boardwalk to be quiet but close enough,(2 blocks), to walk there. The garage was a fantastic bonus as well. Great space to park the car with lots of room for beach chairs, toys, etc. The only issue we had was that the home wasn’t as clean as we would have liked when we arrived. The bathrooms needed to be scrubbed and the main level floors were unswept and sticky in places. The owner, Joe was super responsive and very apologetic. He noted that the previous tenant had abused the property and it was possible the cleaning people just couldn’t get to it all. He assisted with what he could over the phone and tried to get the cleaners to come back but they were unable. We cleaned up as best we could and then had a great week. The home was highly rated for cleanliness and I do believe it is typically clean as the bedrooms were spotless and had new pillows as well. We saw some of the damage the previous tenants caused, (none affected the functionality of the home), and understood why it was so hard to get everything done in the short time they had. Overall it was a great property, the owner was really nice and very responsive. We would go back for sure.

Senior Week Rental

This rental was for Senior Week, and the property was comfortable, bright, well appointed and in a great location. The landlord was very communicative and organized - prior to, during and after the rental. Senior Week is a stressful time and the landlord handled everything with professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Good stay

The only downside to this property is that you have to bring all your own linens and towels, other than that it is great! Lots of space, parking and overall clean. Great for big groups.

Great House for Vacation

This house was better than we expected. Set up of house was awesome very roomy. It was 10 of us and we all fit well. 4 bathrooms was a plus and needed for 10 women. My negatives for this house is only that the living room couch could use a cleaning but the overall set is presentable. We also had a small parking issue, someone was parked in our front parking spot the entire weekend which was not the managers fault. There was close street parking and a garage spot as well so it wasn't a major issue. Communication with the owner was good he reponded quickly. Great Location 2 blocks from beach. I would rent this house again We had a Great Weekend!

Joe was very helpful with my questions. Location was perfect and house met all our of our needs. Property was well maintained, nicely decorated and well furnished but I definitely had to do my own cleaning up on arrival

Great Times

This property is very clean and great location to get to all the hot spots in OC. Just a couple minute walk to boardwalk so it gets no better. Will definitely return

Great for the family

We rented this property for a family of eleven people, and everyone from kids to grandparents enjoyed staying here. The unit was spacious, clean and a short walkable distance from the boardwalk. The owner also responded promptly to communications. Highly recommended!

Great Vacation

The property was located close to boardwalk and many bars/restaurants. It was easy check-in and check-out process. The house was comfortable for our family. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wonderful property

We have been going to Ocean City Maryland for years. Our family usually crammed into a smaller place which was fine when my kids were little. Now all my boys are grownup and wanted to vacation as a family with their girlfriends included. This property is huge, with great spaces and comfortable furniture. The living room was big enough that all 8 of us could hang out together but if we wanted to get away everyone had their own place. The 2 parking spots were a huge plus and there is ample on street parking around as well. Many of our favorite places were within easy walking distance including the beach and boardwalk, also many of our favorite restaurants. Communication with the owner was great. We look forward to renting here again in the future!
