Beautiful, comfortable apartment in a great location. Walking distance to the seawall trail, shopping & restaurants! Ryan is a great host: very responsive to questions before and after booking.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated the host’s hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

Close to city activities but set in a peaceful community. Very walkable to waterside trails, shops and restaurants. Only stayed for a couple of nights but this apartment had a great kitchen for longer stays. Had a great stay!

Modern basement apartment in excellent condition; immaculate, well-equipped, very quiet. Queen bed very comfortable. 15 minute walk to restaurants and groceries. Was convenient to work site; would stay here again.

Everything about Ryan's suite was exactly what we needed: the kitchen is well appointed, bright and modern; Wi-Fi worked perfectly; the property is a pleasant walk away from the sea walk situated in a perfect location for us. Ryan was most accommodating in every way.

This is a very good basement suite in a lovely neighborhood with nice attentive hosts. One of the reasons we like VRBO is the ability to cook our own meals. The kitchen was more than adequate and had all the basics. It has a good gas range with a very good hood to whisk away any fumes. The biggest strength of this location was being close to many attractions like Whistler, ferry terminals, Vancouver, etc. Closer to home, the water's edge village of Dundarave, is a short walk away. Awesome water views, bakeries, groceries, and coffee shops are all nearby. Walk on Kings Avenue and find the alley way that takes you down the hill on a nice, traffic free path in a great neighborhood.

We stayed for 6 nights in July 2026 and will definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back Vancouver (which I really hope we will - absolutely loved it!). Ryan was very helpful, friendly, and prompt in communicating with us, both for things related to the property as well as ideas for things to do and getting around the area. The property was clean and had everything needed for a longer stay, including laundry & dishwasher. It was a great location - not too far from downtown Vancouver sights, but in a quiet, residential neighborhood within walking distance of West Van's (Dundarave's) waterfront, shops, and dining. Free parking, bright & modern apartment, WiFi without issue. I honestly can't think of a negative for this property (which might be a downside when I want to book here again - I expect this to be a popular property)!
