This was the perfect relaxing weekend getaway. Even though the unit was small, it was perfect for two people. The view was priceless.

This a very sweet, clean, one room, tiny cottage directly on the ocean. It certainly provided basic necessities but for the 550 per night shoulder season price (late September) it definitely could be spruced up a bit and have more kitchen supplies. Overall, I enjoyed my solo 2-day get away but can’t imagine staying here with a second person.

This cottage was perfect for 2 people for the weekend. It was clean cozy and the location was everything. Right on the water, close to P-Town and shopping.

The property is exactly like the listing, very clean and the view is incredible for the price! We stay for 3 nights on a July weekend. The shuttle can pick you up right at your door so driving into P Town is no hassle.

Beautiful water front relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing relaxing stay. The water front is right at the back door. Just open the slider and sit on the deck taking in the sun and the shore. The space is well designed and makes it comfortable despite its relatively small size. Open windows and turn on ceiling fan for a fantastic cross breeze. We spent more time just spending time due to the comfort and beauty of this place and its location.

Amazing location

Property was amazing, right on the beach. Good amenities, well stocked kitchen and useful furnishings.My only issue was that the bedding did not feel fresh, but I might have been mistaken.

Best Vacation Stay!

On arrival, it was obvious that this property was exactly what we were looking for. The most adorable tiny house that had everything we needed and more! It was spotless the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Being a mere 50 feet from the shoreline was a huge plus.. we were literally living on the beach.. all the appliances were in perfect working order the deck facing the ocean was equipped with everything we needed to spend time relaxing, listening to the water roll into the shore. I have had more people ask where we were when they saw the photoss I shared on Facebook. I would highly recommend renting this home as its location was a stone throw from Provincetown and there was a wealth of things to do if you choose.. I was able to finally take my Jeep out on the dunes and cook breakfast in the morning as well as have a fire on the beach, watching the beautiful sunset every night. It was a pleasure working with you and you made everything absolutely perfect.. SO many nice touches throughout this rental property. Thank you again and I’m sure you will be hearing from us again soon as we plan on going back as often as possible..
