Property was as advertised and clean. Excellent communication with manager. The space is a bit small for the price but it is nice to be close to the water and have a pet friendly option.

Very beautiful property, compact, with all the amenities for a nice stay in Provincetown in the quieter West End of town. Parking 3 minutes walk offsite was not an issue.
Great beach access and just listen to the waves at high tide.

The Labrador Landing Cottage is fantastic! Great location, and very private notwithstanding the location on Commercial Street! The beach is awesome, as is the easy proximity to P'Town restaurants and shops. Lyn is a fantastic host and very responsive to any needs one might have.

Float to everything and great beach for pets.

This very cozy cottage is right on the water of a dog friendly beach and very walkable to beaches, shops and restaurants.

Cozy Cottage in Perfect Location

It’s a great small cottage on the bay. Quiet, clean and a great residential location. It will become our go-to place in P-Town.

The location couldn’t have been better. We had an issue with the bed and it was rectified during the week. An excellent stay that we hope won’t be the last.

Great location, easy access to town, and such friendly neighbors! We enjoyed leaving through the deck (on the bay) and taking long walks with our pup when the tide was way out. Ptown is a magical place and this rental makes it easy to love.

Right on the bay in a quiet, beautiful part of town, the location can't be beat. A refurbished antique building, the cottage itself is cozy and charming, but also well-appointed with modern appliances and updated furnishings, and has fantastic outdoor space to enjoy. The place lives up to the pictures and more.It might be a little small for some couples, but with that caveat in mind, this is a premiere rental in P'town--you will love staying here.

Wonder Location

Loved the location of the property. Right on the water and VERY close - walking distance to the national seashore. We especially enjoyed the outdoor sitting area to listen to the tide come in and out.

Idyllic cottage in Provincetown perfect for 2. Well appointed with all the amenities needed for cooking and grilling. I would definitely stay there again.

Cozy Provincetown Waterfront Rental

Very cute and cozy Provincetown rental right on the water. Although other rentals nearby, it felt private. Easy walk into town and Relish and Red Inn are just a few minutes walk down the street.
