This is a brand new, adorable home on stilts located in town within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. There is ample parking for 4 vehicles or a watercraft and golf cart. Enjoy sipping your morning cup of coffee in the island breeze of the front balcony or just cooling off from a day of fishing. Walk inside to the open area floorplan for all guests to gather. The living room has two futons, which fold out to sleepers, and two accent chairs, TV, cable, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is stocked with basic pots, pans, and utensils for your cooking needs. The dining table has seating for 4. Bedroom 1 (BR1) has a Queen-sized bed, nightstand, accent chair, chest for your beach attire, and a TV. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The second bedroom (BR2) has a Queen size bed, dresser, and nightstand. The bathroom has a tub/shower. The washer and dryer are neatly tucked away in the hallway. This home is conveniently located 0.2 miles from restaurants, shops, and bars. 0.8 miles to the Beach, and 0.7 miles to the Marina.

Loved It!

House is awesome and the location couldn’t be better. While the house is fairly new the listing says it’s brand new and that probably should be changed, however it’s still very nice and clean. We could feel the house swaying a tiny bit but it wasn’t bothersome and probably normal for a house on stilts not a big deal at all. Only real complaint is that we only had 1 trash bag in the kitchen and for a family of four being there five days that didn’t work. We would have brought our own but wasn’t really aware of that before our trip.

Just the right spot for 2 nights

The property was just the right size and in great condition. We walked everywhere, just a short walk from anywhere and no concerns with parking.

Perfect little spot for a weekend

There weren’t any tv remotes or trash bags when we got there but made a phone call and it was took care of. Other than that it was great!

Close to beach, nice house. Great parking, especially if you have a boat. Everything worked well, like appliances, ac, showers, etc. No complaints!

We had a great stay. The property is in a good location in town with easy access to just about everything. The checkin/out process was easy. We had everything we needed.

2 minute drive to the beach, or a roughly 15 minute walk. It's close to many great local places, with Desserted Island Ice Cream being the absolute closest. Other notable places are Coach's Island Grill and The Gaff. The property has two bathrooms, a washer/dryer, and a smart TV in every room. There are ample towels available, but these aren't to be used for the beach. Board games are available, and there is even glasses specifically for drinking.

It was awesome

It was awesome so we have never rented house down in Port Aransas we always choose hotels but from now on we will always be renting this place.. A matter of fact next month we’re coming back and we will be staying again we loved it the price was great the house was great close to the beach all around five star from me and my family

Perfect beach spot

We loved the place. It was super nice and everything we needed was available. The property mgt co is a busy one, so if you don’t get an immediate response, a call or dropping by their office down the road works well. Enjoyed our stay!

Walk to everything

Was walking distance to so many places so we walked the whole trip. Had to go to the office in order to be checked in, I’ve never had to do that before. Repair guy showed up to change the lightbulb apparently 30 minutes after we checked in and my wife was trying to sleep. It was a nice house and it was walking distance to everything we wanted to do

Needs updating

Outdated and uncomfortable furniture, it’s fine as a fishing cabin, but would not consider it a vacation home. Patio only provides seating for two and no additional seating on lower level.

Great time

The house was perfect, good location. I would stay there again. My only complaint would be better lighting in the kitchen. Maybe some under the counter lights and a lamp in the living room. Other than that, great place.
