Honestly they were very nice and helpful, if there was something wrong , they responded quickly. Over all we had a wonderful time

Quick weekend getaway

We came for a quick weekend beach trip. The location was perfect, nice boardwalk to the beach and a short drive into town. The staff is friendly and responsive. We had a great time!

Room was clean, only drawback was one of the two rooms was supposed to have a king bed so sleeping was a little tight for hubby and I because both rooms had queen beds

2 day stay

Unit was a little dated but clean. Kitchen equipment was cheap quality so if you are looking to cook for yourself, this probably isn't for you.

Had pretty much everything we needed for a great stay. If they didn’t have something the front desk helped out asap. I think the listing said there was 1 king bed but there wasn’t one. No big deal. Other than that the place was great!

Nice and OK

The property overall was nice, as was the condo. Everything was clean and inviting. The wiring for the lights and fans was a little wonky. Turn the light on in one room and the light turns off in the living room. Turn the light off in the bedroom the living room light turns on. Everything else was nice and enjoyable. Boardwalk access to tue beach was well maintained.

This is not 1 min from the beach

Please be aware that this location is not just 1 minute from the beach. The kitchen tools are very basic and limited. There is no king bed; instead, there are two queen beds. One of the showers is extremely tight.

Hi there, La Mirage is right on the beach. There is a private boardwalk that leads to the beach. The description on the condo matches the unit set up.

Port Aransas Trip with Grandkids

Overall a good trip. No extra blanket for grandson who slept on the couch. No spatulas or pizza pan in kitchen so I purchased a pizza pan and left it. No trash can in second bedroom or light bulb in lamp. No blow dryer in either bathroom. Overall the property met our needs.

Great place to stay for all ages! Short walk to the beach, two pools (kid pool and deeper pool), extremely helpful and accommodating staff, fun fun fun for the kiddos. Only 2 things to be aware of:1- Be sure to pack food and drinks, as there is no restaurants on site but town is close by and delivery is available.2- large trucks and SUVs will have trouble parking. Parking is assigned and the vehicle associated with the person who made the reservation is under the rooms and it requires some tight turns between large concrete pillars. Bring a midsize SUV or smaller to make your life easier.

Kitchen was VERY limited for being able to cook for a family wanting to cook meals. Plenty of drinks are and silverware but cookware was bare and could use attention. We also learned while there that the location is the at the edge of town where Port Aransas Emergency Services end. Our son is epileptic and while there suffered a seizure, and EMTs informed us that was the line of where they provide emergency assistance after La Mirage it is Corpus. Just good info to have. Other than the kitchens limited cookware stay was good.
