Very clean, well maintained and spacious. Easy to get to the city with ground transportation or car. Tobi is an excellent communicator. Not far from YHZ.Great stay near Halifax!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment and location for what we needed, and it is in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment is roomy, light, and inviting, and we definitely appreciated having a washer and dryer available for our use. Tobi was helpful when we needed info. We recommend staying here and would love to return ourselves.One "drawback" was that there is no cable TV programming available, but this is certainly workable for the stay time of most guests, we think.

Good value. Nice to have washer and dryer as well as kitchen. A little loud upstairs with kids running around but not an issue by the time we were ready for bed. Overall, happy with our stay and would book again.

Great location right off Hwy. 102

Suite had everything one would need. Washer and dryer were a godsend, especially after a 2 week road trip. Only downside was the lack of soundproofing from residents upstairs. Check in was very smooth. Also had visitors the morning we checked out. Doe and 2 fawns.

The place was nice and clean. The commute to downtown Halifax for outings, the waterfront and museums is easy with a car. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything needed to cook for yourself if you so choose. We appreciated the available towels, iron, hair dryer, etc available during our stay. We also appreciated the ease of check-in. If you are looking for somewhere quiet, this is not the best choice as there is a busy family upstairs. If you prefer a firm mattress, this may not be your best choice as we found it to be too soft. The living room furniture looks nice, but is not the most comfortable for a movie night in. Other than that, we felt it was good value for money.

Ideal location in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room and very spacious unit.Beautiful park with extensive hiking paths is within running distance.Issue with code to enter the property but quickly resolved once I contacted the manager of the property.Kitchen counter and table needed a wipe down before we would use Upstairs occupants were vacuuming around 9:30PM one night and toddler running around until 10PM most nights. Bed sheets were uncomfortable due to pilling. There was another set of sheets available that were better.Kitchen was stocked with basic groceries like sugar, s&p, spices, milk, coffee, teaOverall adequate stay with a few inconveniences.

Would not suggest basement appartement Very very Noisy we have tolerance for children running back and forth we understand and accept. But banging at 12:30 pm is unacceptable....
