Extremely nice home and the Host was PHENOMENAL…we will definitely stay again if ever in the Detroit area.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process easy. The location was convenient and close to everything we needed. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

This was a lovely property with a very welcoming host. Communication was excellent with informative texts, a thorough manual and signs throughout the house. The house was in a charming, well kept neighborhood. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We did not use the kitchen much but it appeared to be highly functional. The location was perfect for attractions such as the Henry Ford museum, Comerica Park and unique restaurants featuring local specialties. The only regret we have was not using the backyard area more. Would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was wonderful. The home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was responsive and made check-in seamless and our experience enjoyable. The location is in a suburban neighborhood. When we arrived, there were children playing and riding bicycles, which made us feel safe. One incredibly appreciated amenity was the cleaning supplies located throughout the house. I always buy cleaning supplies even when we visit hotels and it was very nice to have them already available. The complimentary fruit and bottles of water is also a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay thanks to the host!

Sunderland home style residency

Cute functional roomey residence with vacation home style amenities making for pleasant comfortable stay away from home . The host team was totally accommodating in response to our requests and needs and handled things expeditiously. The location area was convenient and comforting , quiet tree lined streets and walkways , as well as short easy access to thoroughfares and expressways with necessary shopping and community culture …the residential stay made the reasons and circumstances of our trip to Detroit city cool and relax full and pleasant … thoroughly appreciative of the team attentiveness and management…
