The Space:
Welcome to our charming Victorian-era home, where historic elegance meets modern comfort. Here's a glimpse into the inviting spaces you'll enjoy during your stay:
Living Room: As you enter through the grand foyer, you'll find the spacious living room featuring original hardwood floors, intricate crown molding, and one of the home's five decorative fireplaces. Large windows bathe the room in natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Kitchen: The updated kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a built-in double oven and microwave. Ample cabinetry provides plenty of storage, and the center island offers additional prep space, making it perfect for preparing family meals.
Bathrooms: This home features 3.5 bathrooms, each thoughtfully designed for your convenience.
1st Floor: Half bathroom located in the foyer.
2nd Floor:
Primary Bathroom (attached to the primary bedroom) – Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo (Jacuzzi is not functional).
Hallway Bathroom – Full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
3rd Floor:
Middle Hallway Bathroom – Features a bathtub, small vanity, and toilet (no shower).

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.
PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.
GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.
TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.
The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".
NIGHTLY PRICING
We aim to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. The nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.
EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.
COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting, and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. You can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.
HOUSE RULES
✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
