With five bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a bright open living area, private backyard deck, free on-premises parking, and family-friendly touches, this private home is well suited to large groups and families.

The bright, spacious open-plan living and dining area flows into a well-equipped kitchen, creating an inviting setting for your group to gather; the photos showcase abundant natural light and a comfortable, modern renovation.

The home has five bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms plus 1 half bathroom:
• Upper level: 3 bedrooms, each with 1 queen bed; Bedrooms 1 and 2 also each include 1 twin rollaway bed
• Main level: 1 queen bedroom off the kitchen, with a barn door for privacy
• Lower level: an open-concept bedroom with 3 queen beds

Enjoy the comforts of home, including Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, TV, washer and dryer, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and dining table. Great location for Arch, Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Art Museum etc ! Pictures don’t do the house justice, it’s beautiful inside. Super clean and well stocked. Best one we have stayed at for a large group. So nice we added a day, just wasn’t ready to leave yet.

Property was excellent! We enjoyed our stay and they had quality amenities! Plenty of room for 9 of us. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Bath towels were nice too!

Traveled here with a group of friends and this house was exactly what we needed. Spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and somehow even nicer in person than the listing suggested — which almost never happens.The layout worked perfectly for a group, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout. Everything was straightforward from check-in to checkout.Would absolutely book again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, quality, spacious rental.

I chose this area because of its convenient location and easy access to so much of St. Louis. It’s just minutes from Downtown, Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, the Central West End, Forest Park, and many of the city’s restaurants and attractions.

I also enjoy the character of this part of St. Louis, with its historic architecture and classic brick homes. The central location makes it especially convenient for guests visiting for a game, concert, work trip, family visit, or simply a weekend exploring the city.
